The accommodation is located about 200m from the beautiful sandy beach and the main promenade. The nearest supermarket with a bakery is also about 200m away, where the seaside promenade is located, and nearby there are also a church and a school.
Anna Studios consists of six triple studios, one twin studio, three quadruple studios, and one penthouse studio. Additionally, there is one triple studio within the owner's house.
The triple studios (15-17m2) feature a kitchen, one queen-size bed narrower than standard, one single bed, one queen-size bed and single bed, or one queen-size bed and a sofa for one person in the same room. In three studios, the kitchen is spatially separated by a small wall. Four studios face the courtyard, while two face the front side and other houses. One studio is on the ground floor and overlooks the courtyard, while the others are located on the first and second floors. One triple studio on the first floor, facing the front side of the building, has a large paved area resembling a terrace, ideal for children.
The triple studio within the owner's house is located on the ground floor (listed as 3 Bed Studio, Ground Floor) and has a separate entrance, facing the courtyard. The studio features one queen-size bed narrower than standard and one single bed. It has a kitchen, air conditioning, TV, and a large balcony.
The quadruple studios (17-23m2) feature a kitchen, one queen-size bed narrower than standard and a bunk bed, or one queen-size bed and a sofa for two people in the same room. One faces the courtyard, while the other two face the front side of the building and other houses. These studios are located on the first and second floors. One quadruple studio has two terraces, facing the front side and the courtyard, respectively.
On the ground floor, there is the aforementioned triple studio, as well as one twin studio and one penthouse studio. The twin and penthouse studios were completely renovated in 2018. The penthouse studio, with an area of 34m2, features one queen-size bed in the kitchen area, or two single beds and an armchair that opens up and becomes a single bed in the area separated by a small wall from the first room. This studio is spacious and has a beautiful balcony overlooking the courtyard.
All accommodation units have wireless internet, TV, mosquito nets, a kitchen with two burners and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment (only one quadruple studio on the ground floor has a large refrigerator). Each bathroom has a separate shower area with a curtain, some bathrooms have regular doors, while others have sliding doors. The terraces have awnings and are very pleasant for relaxation. Towel and linen replacement, as well as cleaning, are done every 3-4 days, depending on the length of stay. In agreement with the owners, a baby cot and hairdryer can be provided, and guests can also use the washing machine. Additionally, with prior arrangement, the accommodation can accommodate certain pets.
There is plenty of space in the courtyard for children to play. Guests also have a large covered wooden table with chairs, several covered parking spaces, and enough open space for parking.
To reach the accommodation, you will drive along the main street towards the sea until you reach the Afroditi tavern from the direction of Neos Marmaras. After passing Afroditi and reaching the children's playground, turn left into the street and drive for 200m until you reach the accommodation. Part of the street is not paved.

Owners description
Accommodation is located in Toroni Halkidiki and offered both for summer and winter holidays. The beach is at just 100 meters from the accommodation, while a few steps away guests will find the archaeological site of Toroni.
Our rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities that will offer you a relaxing and ideal holiday. Verandas are with tables in each room and courtyard has a barbecue and a dining room that you can use.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj čist, mi smo bili u sobi sa zadnje strane kuće, imali smo veliku terasu samo za nas što je veliki plus zbog dece, peškiri i posteljina menjana na 4 dana kao što i piše u opisu smeštaja, s tim što je nama gazdarica donela opet novu posteljinu i peškire drugi dan nakon prvog donošenja. Jedino što se meni nije svidelo jeste maleni prozorčić u kupatilu koji nije bio zatvoren pa je dosta bilo promaje. Tople vode je bilo dovoljno i uvek. Struje smo imali stalno. Ostalo je sve bilo u redu, ako bi dolazili opet u Toroni, bili bi u istom smještaju i istoj sobi :) Pravo mesto za mir i odmor, jer nije odmah na šetalištu. Naša preporuka, dobar odnos cene i kvaliteta smeštaja.

Vo Anna Studios doagame 3 pat.Gazdite se ljubezni,nasmeani i izleguvaat vo presret.Studioto kaj sto bevme smesteni ovoj pat bese malo za razlika od prethodnoto,no ne bese problem.Se na se odlicno,go preporacuvam.
