We had a wonderful time, despite what many say about Toronto being boring. It is a small place with beautiful beaches and just enough restaurants and a few shops. Lagonisi beach is the one I recommend as the most beautiful in the area. Studio Ana is exactly what you see in the pictures - a very decent accommodation for the price you pay.

A decent accommodation in the heart of Toronto, a very clean and well-organized studio. The only drawback pertains to the quality of the beds.

The accommodation was clean; we stayed in a room at the back of the house and had a large terrace exclusively for us, which is a significant advantage for the children. Towels and bed linens were changed every four days, as stated in the accommodation description, but the landlady brought us new linens and towels again on the second day after the first delivery. The only thing I didn’t like was the small window in the bathroom that wasn’t closed, which caused quite a draft. There was always enough hot water, and we had a constant supply of electricity. Everything else was fine, and if we were to return to Toroni, we would choose the same accommodation and the same room. :) It’s the perfect place for peace and relaxation, as it is not right on the promenade. Our recommendation: a good balance between price and quality of accommodation.

At Anna Studios, we stayed for the third time. The owners are friendly, cheerful, and accommodating. The studio we were in this time was slightly different from the previous one, but that was not an issue. Everything was excellent; I highly recommend it.

Hello, First, I would like to express my gratitude to the Nikana team, who have never disappointed me in finding accommodation. We have been collaborating for several years now, and we have never encountered any issues. Regarding the accommodation, Anna Studios is tidy, clean, close to the beach, comfortable, and also very affordable. The landlady welcomed us warmly, handed us the keys, and settled us into our room. She didn't even ask us to pay until we checked out. She brought us linens and towels on the fifth day. The accommodation is primarily used, as we noticed, by Serbian families with children due to its proximity to the beach and the very large and tidy yard. As for the kitchenware, it has everything you need. The accommodation also features a lovely garden, allowing you to enjoy fresh vegetables. Another wonderfully spent holiday. Thank you. We have been vacationing at the same accommodation for two years now. We are very satisfied; the hosts are kind, parking is secured, and the yard is spacious and safe for children (away from the road).

In front of the house, there is a spacious parking area surrounded by greenery, while the yard features a grill, a large table, and comfortable chairs. There has been a great deal of noise from the neighbors late at night, and I have not had any internet connection for the past 12 days. Nevertheless, Anna is perfect.

The accommodation for three people is somewhat cramped, the kitchen is quite small, and there is a lack of a dresser or something similar for storing frequently used items. There is only one small nightstand. Cleanliness and other aspects are commendable, the hosts are very kind and available. The location is excellent, the yard and parking are superb, the terrace is beautifully arranged, and each accommodation unit features a large roller awning, making air conditioning almost unnecessary.

This summer, we vacationed for the first time through Nikana, as well as in Toroni, and we are extremely satisfied. Regarding the accommodation itself, all praise goes to Studio Anna. The hosts are very kind, the hygiene in the facility is good, the bedding is changed halfway through the stay, and a parking space is provided, mostly in the shade. There are two access points from the accommodation to the large beach; one leads you to the right side, which is less crowded, with a sandy entrance and a bit of seaweed. The left side of the beach has a sandy entrance and is very suitable for small children. This is the perfect place if you envisioned a peaceful vacation without excessive noise and commotion.

The accommodation is tidy and comfortable; while it may not be exclusive, it is quite decent. The location boasts a beautiful beach where you can rent sun loungers or bring your own. The beach is clean, and the sea is clear. The only downside is the abundance of mosquitoes.

I wholeheartedly recommend Anna Studios in Toroni for accommodation. It is situated in a tranquil location, impeccably clean, and the hosts are exceptionally hospitable and courteous. Moreover, in terms of value for money, it is quite satisfactory for the amount we paid.

The accommodation is old and worn out, nothing has been renovated, the mosquito net is torn and hasn't been replaced, and there are plenty of mosquitoes. The bathroom is small and non-functional, and there was hardly any cookware, almost none at all.

The spacious yard is perfect for families with small children, featuring two built-in grills and ample parking space.

You will not regret choosing this accommodation! Our experience was phenomenal; we had a three-room studio for just the two of us. It has everything you need, and the hosts are kind and humble. We didn’t even turn on the air conditioning; it was truly pleasant, and we only used the fan. Each studio has its own terrace. Given the price, the accommodation is more than excellent!

We sought accommodation as depicted in the picture, and we received exactly that. The accommodation was quite satisfactory. When it states 200 meters from the beach, I expect at least 300, but this time it was not the case. The owner was the most pleasant person we have encountered in Greece, and we have been vacationing there for over 15 years. This truly delighted me. The villa was bustling with children on every floor, yet they had good PVC exterior joinery, so when we closed the windows and slept, absolutely nothing could be heard.

For that amount of money, the accommodation is quite satisfactory.

The accommodation was satisfactory, though we were not pleased with the sliding bathroom doors that were quite noisy and shaky. We stayed for seven nights, and the only complaint is that they did not change the bedding during that time. Additionally, there were a lot of mosquitoes, and no repellent helped; they feasted on us overnight. The hosts were kind and polite, although we didn’t really communicate much with them. It’s a pity that one cannot sit outside in the evening due to the mosquitoes. Otherwise, the place itself is lovely, family-friendly, with a beautiful sandy beach and clean, warm water.

The homeowners are exceptionally kind, pleasant, and hospitable... I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

The accommodation is reasonably priced. A clean, small room equipped with everything necessary (a stove, refrigerator, fan, air conditioning, and mosquito nets...). A lovely terrace, comfortable beds, and a well-maintained bathroom... It takes just five minutes to walk to the beach, which suited us perfectly.

We stayed in a triple accommodation on the ground floor from July 10 to 20, 2021. The beach, store, restaurant, playroom, bar with deck chairs, doctor, lifeguards, church, school... everything is located within 150 meters. Convenient for small children. There is a large yard with shaded parking. We did not use the air conditioning, as it was unnecessary. Towels and bed linens are provided, and I believe that you will receive everything you ask for, even tomatoes and peppers from the garden. The biggest issue is the mosquitoes, which are active all day long. Despite the mosquito nets and protective measures, we couldn't avoid them. The accommodation is such that neighbors and rare passersby are close to you, but it did not bother us. It was quiet during the vacation. There are several attractions in the vicinity that can be visited on foot. We enjoyed our stay, and it was pleasant, especially for the child who is already interested in next year.

From July 6th to 18th, 2021, we stayed. Everything was just as it was written. We enjoyed our time at Anna's. The accommodation was cozy, peaceful, and quiet - a true paradise for relaxation. It is not too far from the beach, and it's even better than being in the front row where the noise is. Everything was clean, with both hot and cold water available, we were on the second floor, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. As for the hosts, I have rarely met such wonderful people; whenever they see us, there is always a smile on their faces, they are very friendly and unobtrusive. There is ample parking in the shaded courtyard. We will definitely return to Anna Studios.

We stayed at Anna Studios in mid-September. This accommodation does not offer excessive luxury, but it is clean and has everything one needs. The accommodation is exceptionally well described on the website, and in reality, everything appeared even more beautiful than depicted. Our lodging was on the second floor, and we encountered no issues regarding hot water or water pressure. The hosts were extremely courteous, and everything was neat and clean. Toroni is a wonderful place for a true getaway, and I hope we will meet again.

One aspect that could be improved is the size of the kitchen, which is quite small, and the length of the bed is 180 cm. If you are taller than 180 cm, it may be uncomfortable for you to sleep. The hosts are more than courteous, yet unobtrusive. The location is such that you are far enough from traffic, yet very close to the beach, markets, and gyros...

We spent nine nights at Ana's accommodation, but we wanted to stay for another three. The studio we were in was already booked, so Ana offered us a five-bed studio on the ground floor at a very reasonable price. The three-bed studio upstairs is small but functional; everything is as shown in the pictures. From the terrace, the sea is visible. It is very pleasant on that side, and we only turned on the air conditioning maybe twice. Everything we requested from Ana was provided. Upon our arrival, the stove was a bit odd; only both burners could be turned on at the same time. When we asked how to resolve this, they brought us a new stove. In the other ground-floor apartment, the TV wasn't working, and they brought and set up a new one. We also had a small problem with the water, which smelled on the first day; I assume it was because the apartment hadn't been rented or used this year. We let it run and resolved the issue. Otherwise, there was always hot water. They changed our linens and towels after five days. Ana asked if she could come in to clean if we wanted, but there really was no need. All doors and windows have screens, but the mosquitoes still got to us; nothing helped. Everything is very close; the butcher is on the same street, the supermarket is also nearby, and the best gyros at Asteris is just down the street. The beach is also close, but that part of the beach is very crowded, so we swam at the section in front of Sunset Studios. We were at Anna Studios during a storm; the courtyard was a bit flooded, and we had to move our car, but everything else went fine. As a farewell, Ana gave us a jar of olives and a hug. Truly a wonderful woman, kind and hardworking. Unfortunately, she doesn't speak English, so there were communication issues; her husband speaks a little, and her sons speak excellent English, but I only saw them a couple of times. All in all, a positive experience; I would recommend this accommodation to everyone.

The accommodation is very well described on the website, and what we expected is exactly what we encountered. However, there was one significant issue. Considering that we traveled with a ten-month-old baby, we anticipated having hot water available at all times, and we did not inquire about this in advance. Except for the first evening, every night we had to heat water and pour it from a pot to bathe her, as there was no hot water at the time of her bath or no water at all, which considerably marred our impression and part of our holiday. We were on the second floor, so it was likely due to the pressure. When we mentioned this to Ana's husband (since Ana does not speak English, and he speaks very little), he simply replied that there was a problem, and that was the end of it. If our child were older, it might not have bothered us as much, as we could have adjusted the bathing time, although during a good part of the evening, there was no hot water. I do not know what the situation is like on the ground floor and the first floor.

We stayed on the ground floor. A triple room that includes a smaller French bed. Everything is the same as in last year's comments that I read here. There are no curtains in the bathroom, and the bathroom door is sliding but not secured at the bottom. The mosquito net gets stuck. It is so pleasant that we didn't have to turn on the air conditioning even once. There was one occasion when there was no hot water. There are mosquitoes just like in all of Toronto. The kitchen is sparse. Nevertheless, everything I asked from Ana, I received immediately. A lovely and spacious courtyard, perfect for children. There is their parking for the car in the shade. It is quiet and peaceful in June. There is no noise from cars like in the apartments by the beach, that is, by the street. The beach is really close. All praises for the owners. They are very kind and helpful. Excellent value for money.

We were accommodated on the first floor. I saw the owners twice, when we arrived and when Ana brought the bedding; we had no problems at all. The kitchen is quite poorly equipped (just one large pot and an old frying pan). The reason I wouldn’t return here is the bathroom. The shower faucet comes from the sink, the curtain is short, and the bathroom is really inadequate, but we managed with two small children. I like that the beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and there is a wider part of the beach, so the noise of cars is not heard and they are not visible from the beach (which is the case near the Blue Sea hotel). The accommodation was really fine, I just wouldn’t return because of the bathroom.

Honestly, I would gladly return to Anne's place without any hesitation. The people are pleasant, clean, hardworking, meticulous, and accommodating. I was kindly asked if I would like her to clean our accommodation. I replied that I handle that myself and that there is no need. Just to bring the bedding as she promised. The only thing she didn't change were the towels, but that's not a big deal. Our accommodation was located on the upper floor, overlooking the church. We are very satisfied with the proximity and accessibility to everything. Wishing all the best for Anne's family. I hope they continue to host families for a long time.

The place is perfect for a holiday; the beach and sea are exquisite. There are facilities for small children. Wi-Fi is functional. The owners are friendly, and the yard is well-kept. The room is modest yet tidy. The bedding was changed once during the nine-day stay. The apartment is cleaned by the guests themselves. The air conditioning works. Note for the three-bed apartment number 1: the bathroom on the ground floor is poorly maintained, the sliding doors lack insulation, the shower is damaged, and there are no shower curtains, among other issues.

Mosquitoes are a nuisance from 7 PM until dawn. Nevertheless, Toroni is a beautiful place for a vacation.

Cleaning of the studio and changing of towels and bed linens is done once during the stay. There is a large parking area within the courtyard. Ana does not speak English, her husband a little, but their son speaks very well, so he mostly communicated with us. In the passage to the larger street leading to the beach, there is a butcher shop (unfortunately, we noticed this too late, only after we had been shopping), but we saw that it is mostly used by locals; it is very small, and you would never notice it because the passage is narrow and has no sign except on the shop itself. Next to the butcher shop, there is something like a tourist agency where you can book trips and such. The season in Toroni starts on June 20, and before that, the shops with trinkets, bakeries, and similar places do not operate, as told by a friend we met during our stay since they arrived earlier. The beach is about 100-200 meters away, depending on which side you choose to go, and for us with two small children, it was quite sufficient. The beach is lovely, with fine gravel (not sand) that cannot be used to build castles, but it makes the water a turquoise blue. There are a few pebbles, unlike Kalamitsi, which has only yellow sand. There is a constant gentle breeze on the beach, and the waves are small, perfectly normal for children. Just as you exit the pension onto the main street that runs along the beach, there are facilities for children: inflatable slides, foosball, little cars, mini go-karting, and so on (everything is paid), as well as a city park with slides, swings, seesaws, etc., right on the beach. Toroni has some ponds that cut through the village at several points; in the evenings, you can hear frogs, and during the day, people feed turtles with bread. There are many mosquitoes, too many, so be well prepared. The accommodation has excellent mosquito nets, and the doors and windows are great, having three parts: a mosquito net, glass, and a roller blind, and depending on your needs, you can use one of the three as protection, very practical.
