The accommodation is located about 200m from the beautiful sandy beach and the main promenade. The nearest supermarket with a bakery is also about 200m away, where the seaside promenade is located, and nearby there are also a church and a school.
Anna Studios consists of five triple studios, one double studio, four quadruple studios, and one five-bed studio. There is also one triple studio located within the owner’s house.
The triple studios (15–17m²) feature a kitchenette and include one double bed narrower than standard size and one single bed, one double bed and one single bed, or one double bed and a sofa bed for one person, all within the same room. In three studios, the kitchen area is visually separated by a partial wall. Four studios face the courtyard, while two face the front side and neighboring houses. They are located on the first and second floors. One triple studio on the first floor, facing the front side of the building, has a large paved area similar to a terrace, ideal for children.
The triple studio located within the owner’s house is situated on the ground floor (listed in the price list as 3 Bed Studio, Ground Floor), has a separate entrance, and faces the courtyard. It includes one double bed narrower than standard size and one single bed. The studio also features a kitchenette, air conditioning, TV, and a large balcony.
The quadruple studios (17–23m²) feature a kitchenette and include one double bed narrower than standard size and a bunk bed, or one double bed and a sofa bed for two people in the same room. One studio faces the courtyard, while the other two face the front side of the building and neighboring houses. These studios are located on the first and second floors, while one studio is situated on the ground floor and has two double beds. One quadruple studio has two terraces, one facing the front side and the other facing the courtyard.
On the ground floor, there is the previously mentioned triple studio, as well as one double and one five-bed studio. The double and five-bed studios were completely renovated in 2018. The five-bed studio, measuring 34m², has one double bed in the kitchen area, while the section separated by a partial wall includes two single beds and an armchair that unfolds into a single bed. This studio is spacious and has a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard.
All accommodation units offer wireless internet, TV, mosquito nets, and a kitchenette equipped with two hot plates, an electric kettle, toaster, and a small refrigerator with freezer compartment (only one quadruple studio on the ground floor and the five-bed studio have a large refrigerator with freezer).
The terraces have awnings and are very pleasant for relaxing. Towel and bed linen changes, as well as cleaning, are carried out every 3–4 days, depending on the length of stay. By arrangement with the owners, guests may obtain a baby cot and hairdryer, and may also use the washing machine. Additionally, upon agreement, the accommodation can host certain pets.
The courtyard provides plenty of space for children to play. Guests also have access to a large covered wooden table with chairs, several covered parking spaces, and ample open parking space.
To reach the accommodation, you will drive along the main street towards the sea until you reach the Afroditi tavern from the direction of Neos Marmaras. After passing Afroditi and reaching the children’s playground, turn left into the street and drive for 200m until you reach the accommodation. Part of the street is not paved.
Anna Studios is an ideal choice for families who want to spend a peaceful vacation in a family house near the beach, within walking distance of everything they need for a pleasant stay.
