One of the most popular accommodations for SartiOnly 70m from the sandy beach in Sarti, there is Maria House. On the quiet location, but on the walking distance from the city center, it is an ideal accommodation for families with children.
Bakery is 80m far from the accommodation, and right in front is a market, even closer are taverns. The city center is 300m away.
Maria House has ten triple studios (25m2) with a double and a single bed. There are also two quadruple studios (30m2) with a partial sea view, one double and two single beds. Besides the studios, there are also three apartments. One is a four-bed apartment (30m2), in the bedroom there is one double bed and one single bed, and in the living room with the kitchen there is another single bed. The other two apartments have five beds, one is 35m2 and the other is 60m2. The five-bed apartment of 35m2 is located on the first floor, it has one double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room with the kitchen there is one couch for one person and two single beds. The second five-bed apartment of 60 m2 is located on the second floor and has a double bed in the bedroom, and one double and one single bed in the living room with kitchen.
Accommodation units have internet, air conditioner, TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with an edged showering area and curtain, mosquito nets and hairdryer. In addition to hotplates, apartments and quadruple studio have an oven in the kitchen. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done every 4-5 days.
There is no courtyard. Private parking is provided for guests, but sometimes there's not enough space for all vehicles. Anyway, you can also park on the public parking, which is 150m far from the house.
When you arrive to the public parking in Sarti, continue south towards the new part. After you pass the bakery Belissimo on your right, take the first street on the right and after few meters you will see the house on the left.
Maria House is an excellent choice for families with children and couples. The owners are very friendly, the house has warm and welcoming atmosphere, so you will definitely not make a mistake if you choose this accommodation.

Renovated in 2014 House Maria is a family resort located just 60m from the famous beach of Sarti with crystal clear water. It is also very close to the central square of the village. Thus, if you seek for an ideal holiday destination that appeals both to the lovers of relaxation and care-free by the sea as well as to those that like to indulge to a vivid nightlife, you should definitely visit Sarti.
Maria House consists of two apartments for four or five people and 10 studios for three people. All of them are fully equipped offering the following: air condition, refrigerator, TV, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, balcony.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
