Owner description
Vero Sea Maisonette is an accommodation with direct access to the beach, from which it is distant for the length of the yard, 25m away, to be exact, and which is located in a popular and very nicely decorated village on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, Hanioti.
According to its structure, this building is a maisonette on three levels which can accommodate up to nine adults. On the first floor, on the first level, there is a living room and a kitchen with a dining room, on the second and third levels, which are at the level the second floor and attic, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom each. Three bedrooms each have a double bed, one bedroom has bunk beds, and the living room has a sofa for one person. The ground floor of the building is not in use.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, where the living room and each bedroom have an independent cooling unit, guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, ceiling fans in all bedrooms that have a double bed, a safety deposit box, a hair dryer, an iron, ironing board, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hotplates and large oven, large fridge with a freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, Nes coffee machine and toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the sea and the yard on the furnished balcony.
Guests can use the swimming pool, sunbeds, and umbrellas of the hotel, which is located right next to this accommodation. Also, with an extra charge guests can have breakfast within the same hotel.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and with an additional charge.
The cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are at their disposal, are performed by the guests themselves. For all reservations, there is a mandatory cleaning fee for cleaning service at the end of the stay.
A parking space is provided for accommodation guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 40% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, da li u periodu izmedju 20.07 pa do 10.08 na 10 dana, ima nesto slobodno u Vero sea maisonette?? za 3 osobe…e sad bilo bi dobro ako bi nesto bilo sa odvojenom spavacom sobom?? ako ne ovaj smestaj onda nesto tome slicno…hvala
