Harmony Sea House is located in an excellent location, right next to the beach, with direct access to the sea, just 25 meters away, equivalent to the length of the yard. It is situated in the popular and beautifully maintained village of Hanioti, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula. Thanks to its unique location, guests can enjoy peace and privacy, with the beach and sea just steps away. Only a few steps separate the accommodation from the sandy shore and clear waters, making it an ideal choice for families with children as well as for those who want to wake up to the sound of the waves. Numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops are nearby, and the village center is easily accessible via a pleasant walk along the waterfront.

Structurally, the property is a three-level maisonette designed to accommodate up to ten adults. On the first level, the ground floor, there is a living room and a kitchen with a dining area, while the second and third levels, corresponding to the first floor and attic, each feature two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms have a double bed each, while the living room has two single sofas.

Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation, where the living room and three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, offers guests free Wi-Fi, a TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with two ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
