Our description
A Mi Casa is a newly built and luxurious accommodation, with a private beach and yard, which provides its visitors with complete privacy, since it is an independent house, equipped with a lot of attention, so that guests during their stay have everything they need for one quiet holiday, without noise.
This accommodation is located on Pahis, right next to the beach Glifoneri, so this beach is very close, also. The first store (Latsouris) is located about 4km from the accommodation, where you can also buy bakery products, as it is the largest market on the island.
It is a studio (55m2) that can accommodate a maximum of four people since the unit is equipped with one double bed and a sofa bed for two children. Guests have at their disposal a fully equipped kitchen where you can find a microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, toaster, even a stove with oven. The owners did their best to equip the unit with all the necessary things. There is also a wardrobe for storing things.
The bathroom is very nice and has a shower.
The guests themselves do the cleaning and change the towels and bed linen, there is a spare set always.
The studio itself is phenomenally decorated, with a large window so you can look at the sea from the unit itself. There are no other accommodation facilities in the area, so peace and quiet are guaranteed. The yard is fenced, equipped with seating, as well as a covered area for socializing and relaxing.
You can leave your vehicle in front of the accommodation.
To get to this facility, from the direction of Limenas, after disembarking, turn right and then into the second street on the left, near the Moto Rent office. Continue straight on, to the crossroads at the Masoutis market and turn right, then continue straight on, to the crossroad, where you will turn right, to Pachis. When you see Hotel Natassa on the left, turn right and continue straight until the first left. After 100m turn right, then right again until you reach the accommodation, it is a dead end.

A Mi Casa a newly built villa located in Pachis area, offers an exquisitely decorated interior aiming to make your stay an unforgettable experience. High standard facilities combined with the natural beauty of the location are the guarantees for the ideal holidays.
Villa is located in Glifoneri (Pachis) in a secluded area, though, easily accessible from the nearby main road. It is just a 10-minute drive far from the vibrant capital of the island - Limenas, where you can have the time of your life (sightseeing, local dishes, shopping, nightlife etc), in close proximity to traditional villages, excellent beaches and the second largest port of the island, Prinos.
Included in the price: air condition, satellite TV, breakfast (we buy for you all the groceries for the period of your stay), 2 canoe to use them and explore the Glifoneri bay, wifi.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
