A decent accommodation with a fantastic view of the sea, a spacious balcony, and an excellent location for exploring the beaches on the western side. Parking is provided about ten minutes' walk from the accommodation. The beach is approximately 200 meters away. A leisurely 20-meter stroll along the promenade leads to Vasiliki, right next to the hotel and the sea. The accommodation itself is modest; if you are not too demanding and simply need a place to sleep, shower, and a balcony with a view at a reasonable price, then this is the right choice for you. However, if you expect to be amazed or seek luxury, you will not find it here.

First of all, a big ten for NIKANA.GR! As far as we are concerned, all recommendations. I want to commend the owners; they are incredibly kind and available literally 24/7. They have two wonderful and well-behaved little boys, so if you are coming with a child like we did, they definitely won't be bored. Regarding comfort, hygiene, the relationship between price and quality, it's a perfect ten. We had the necessary dishes, just enough of everything except for a coffee pot. When you choose an apartment with a precise number of people, you will receive both space and utensils, everything you need, and there won't be any issues. We had an apartment with a sea view, and the only word that comes to mind is PERFECTION. The only thing that might be a bit inconvenient for children are the stairs leading to the apartment with the perfect view. But the stairs are the least of the problems... Lefkada itself is full of hills, action, slopes, stairs, and uncertainties, and you have to love an active vacation for it, so because of that, everything was just right for us, and honestly, we’ve never had a better time! Next year, the same accommodation but new adventures and memories!

We rented a studio, which consists of one room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. The studio is not large, but it is spacious enough for two. The balcony is generous, furnished with a table and chairs, offering a stunning view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with two hot plates and the necessary cookware and utensils. A private parking space is provided about a 10-minute walk from the apartment, although you can also park on the street in front of the apartment if you find a free spot, which is not very common. The air conditioning is available for an additional charge of €6 per day, and there is a state-imposed tax of €1.5 per night, regardless of the number of guests in the apartment. Internet access is available within the property. The owners are very kind people; Spiros manages the business and communicates with you, while his wife cleans the rooms and changes the linens and towels, and she is the only one besides you who can enter the room. We felt secure; our money was in the apartment in a wallet in a drawer, and we never missed anything, including watches, phones, or jewelry. The apartments themselves are not luxurious, merely equipped with the essentials. If you are not overly demanding, this is a good choice as the price is truly reasonable compared to others. Expect about 50 steps to the apartment, as the property is located on a hill, but the view of the sea is breathtaking. The beach is about 200 meters away. The town of Ponti is a 20-minute leisurely walk from Vasiliki along the promenade by the beach, making it ideal for exploring the most beautiful beaches on the western side. Overall, it is a modest and affordable accommodation with secured parking, a private bathroom, a balcony, and a view of the sea.

It is widely known that Greeks are quite stingy when it comes to money and they try to take every euro (at least the majority of them), but this vacation has surpassed all their previous actions. The accommodation taxes they charged, as they pleased, for us two to pay the same as three of them in another apartment are completely absurd, but we will set that aside. The next issue is the charge for air conditioning at 6€ per day, which is one of the greater absurdities I have heard in my life. Not only in my opinion but also in the opinion of other tourists, an air-conditioned space is essential for a normal and pleasant vacation, and the fact that the owner looks to profit from that is utterly degrading to the entire vacation experience. Despite this, of course, we did not pay, but that did not stop us from manually turning on the air conditioning ourselves, which we did regularly. Upon entering the accommodation, we were informed that the cleaner would come every other day; however, on the third day, the owner entered the accommodation independently and, without our knowledge, raged about the air conditioning on the terrace, while inside, who knows what he was doing, as this was relayed to us by neighbors from the terrace who happened to be there. After some time, upon returning to the accommodation, he knocked very unpleasantly on the door and began to address us in a similar manner. He started threatening us that if we did not pay for the air conditioning, he would call the police, and I don't know what else he would do. I tried to give him some feedback, but the man either does not understand English or pretends not to understand. After this very unpleasant incident, he began to tell other guests in the accommodation that we were disobedient and rude and that they should not contact us, which is, to say the least, disgusting on his part, and this entire claim was actually relayed to us by two different neighbors. As for cleanliness, it was catastrophic! We received new bedding halfway through our stay, and it had some stains on it, but that wasn't even the worst part. We spent 10 days in the accommodation, scratching ourselves before and after sleeping for reasons unknown to us. We also shared this with the neighbors who agreed with us and had the same problem, but they felt embarrassed to tell us because they thought it was their fault, not the accommodation's cleanliness. Additionally, the parking, which was 500m away from the accommodation, and that 500m uphill, was another significant drawback of the accommodation. After three days, best described as hiking, we rented a parking space next to the accommodation, which was owned by other apartments, to which our "host" objected and once again lectured us on how we should not park there, even though I told him I had paid for that space and arranged with the owner of that spot to leave our car there. I also do not understand how people managed to get a better deal for 200€ less for the same dates and in a larger accommodation. The internet, which claims to be available, is indeed there, but of course, it does not work, and it only works if you are on the terrace, and the more you lean over, the better it gets. This was definitely the most unpleasant vacation regarding accommodation, and I sincerely hope that my negative experience and those of others who stayed in the same accommodation will impact the future operations of this establishment.

An excellent accommodation with perhaps the best view we have ever had. The cleanliness is outstanding! There is a minor issue with the very poorly equipped kitchen. There is no regular coffee mug, not a single bowl for fruit, let alone for menus. This could be improved. Additionally, the beds in the studio are uncomfortable; you can feel the springs, but when you are tired from the beach, it doesn't bother you much. The pillows are too thin, as if they don't exist. The wifi is very weak in the upper studios, as if it doesn't exist, only catching signal on the terrace. Parking can be found in front or a little above at the ground hotel, but there are also some spots about a 5-minute walk at the surf hotel, which is fine. All in all, we really liked the accommodation despite these flaws. If we were to go to Lefkada again, we would choose this accommodation again.

You will not make a mistake by booking accommodation at this property.

It is close to the beach, and a pleasant walk to the center of Vasiliki is also possible. The accommodation unit is modestly furnished, especially regarding the kitchen, but we are not very demanding, so there were no problems.

The people are friendly and hospitable. The parking is located further away from the accommodation, which is not a significant issue. There are many steps to navigate afterwards, whether you are leaving your vehicle or returning from the beach, which can be inconvenient for families with children.

The accommodation is situated in a superb location, offering a fantastic view. We stayed in June, and the air conditioning managed to cool the place, but I am unsure how it performs in July and August when temperatures soar above 40 degrees outside.

The accommodation is clean and nicely furnished. The owners are friendly and eager to assist. The only drawback is the stairs; we were on the second floor, despite my request for the first floor. Climbing can be exhausting, especially when traveling with small children.

A very modest accommodation. The only redeeming feature is the view from the terrace (we stayed in the attic). Old furniture, uncomfortable beds, and a complete lack of amenities. They literally have nothing except toilet paper and a miniature soap. The cleanliness of the apartment was satisfactory upon our arrival. Cleaning is not done every other day as stated in the description. During the week we stayed, cleaning was done only once. Parking is located about 500 meters away, which is quite far, considering that from the parking to the attic apartment, you have to climb over 200 steps, not counting the uphill walk. The cooperation with the Nikana team deserves high praise.

It is about a 20-minute walk to the center, where there are restaurants and cafes, but just a minute's walk from the accommodation, there are also excellent restaurants. Upon arrival, there was an unpleasant situation when stepping out onto the terrace. The terrace is shared between two apartments, and the recording shows a protective barrier meant to provide privacy. Unfortunately, this is not the case in practice; there is a simple fence (which looks quite unappealing, tied with a rope) and absolutely no privacy.

The owners are friendly, available, and fair. The place is clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The bedding is changed every third day. The location is excellent for a vacation, situated about 2 km from the center of Vasiliki. The beach is just a three-minute walk down the stairs. Parking is provided about 500 m from the accommodation, and those lucky enough may find a spot on the street right in front of the accommodation. There are a few more steps to climb. Overall, it is an excellent accommodation with a phenomenal view of the bay. 😊

The view from the terrace is stunning, even though the studio for two is separated by a small improvised fence. Some minor items are missing in the kitchen and bathroom. The distance from the studio to the parking lot would not be an issue if Lefkada were not hilly, and those 350 to 500 meters of ascent would not feel so challenging when returning from the beach, to which you also walked and climbed several kilometers uphill. Although it is possible to park in front of the villa for a few cars, the owner, regardless of his guests, leaves his car there, forcing the guests to walk.

Lefkada is a beautiful island with heavenly beaches that we highly recommend visiting. Regarding the accommodation unit Rolandos Studios in Vasiliki, it is tidy, clean, and the hygiene is of a high standard, as is the hospitality of the hosts. The apartment is small, suitable for three family members. Our arrival at the accommodation was marked by an unpleasant situation - it was raining, and the apartment was leaking. When we called the owner, he mentioned that this happens when it rains and that if we were not satisfied, we could move to a five-star hotel where there are no leaks. This was the only discomfort we experienced during our vacation. Everything else was perfect.

The accommodation was satisfactory. Regarding the two-person apartment, we encountered an issue with ants, which forced us to keep everything in the refrigerator. For that price, I believe we should have at least had some utensils. This is our first time in Greece, and we are quite disappointed as we were unaware of the situation regarding the accommodation. The amenities are minimal; you have two forks, two knives, and two plates. There is no hairdryer (which wouldn't have been a problem had we known, as we arrived by car). There is only one chair in the apartment where you can sit and have breakfast next to the refrigerator, as there is nowhere else to do so. In the morning, the terrace gets extremely hot, making it impossible to sit outside. Finding parking in front of the apartment is nearly impossible, so you have to walk to another parking area that is quite a distance away. In the last few days, we faced noise issues in the morning, as it feels like you are sharing the terrace if there are other double rooms. The landlady is exceptionally nice and courteous, but we got the impression from the landlord that the main concern is just collecting money. The internet is very poor; we relied more on roaming internet, as there is none in the apartment, and the response we received was that it is available on the terrace. The only highlight of this apartment is the stunning view from the terrace, where you can enjoy the afternoons. We have nothing but praise for the Nikana agency; we are thrilled with their service. 😊

The accommodation is satisfactory, typically Greek (in my opinion) and is by no means luxurious. However, the location of the house, that is, the view of the sea, takes your breath away. Every time you look out the window, you find yourself exclaiming, "Wow, what a view..." It doesn’t matter whether it’s sunrise when the bay is empty, with no one in the water, or during the day when there are a hundred surfers on their boards and sailboats in the water, or in the evening when you can see the streetlights in Vasiliki across the bay. From the first to the tenth day, you will marvel at the view that literally takes your breath away...
