Hotel Description

Rolandos Studios is located in Vasiliki , in Pondi settlement, at 100m from the sea and about 200m from the Pondi sandy beach. The house is located on hill so it has wonderful view towards the sea. Accommodation is great base for visiting all the popular beaches of Lefkada.

Vasiliki center is at about 900m, while the nearest grocery store and bakery are at 150m.

House offers 8 accommodation units on 3 floors.

First floor has four studios. Studios 4 and 5 are double, each with double bed, sea view, big fridge in the kitchen, big wardrobe and shower base in the bathroom. Studios 3 and 6 are triple and they have one double and one single bed. There is possibility of adding an extra bed but the space will get very limited. Extra beds are only for small kids. Studio no 3 has big fridge and it has two balconies. Studio no 6 has one balcony and small fridge. Both studios have shower base in the bathroom.

Second floor has two studios and one big apartment. Apartment no 8 (40m2) has two bedrooms, each with AC. One bedroom has double bed and one has two single beds. Both bedrooms have exit to the balcony with sea view. When you enter the unit, you will enter the space with kitchen. Kitchen has big fridge, dinning table and TV. From this room you are entering both bedrooms, as well as bathroom. Studio no 7 is the same as studio no 3 while studio 9 is the same as studio no 6.

On the third floor/attic there is one unit and this balcony has the best sea view. It is 4 bed attic apartment (30m2). Bedroom is separated and it has one double bed while living room has a couch for one adult or two small kids. If nedeed, an extra bed can be added. Apartment has two balconies, from the bedroom there is street view and from living room there is sea view balcony. Kitchen has two hotplates and small fridge.

All units have AC and TV, bathroom with shower base, kitchen with two hotplates and a terrace overlooking the sea. Baby crib is available with a request before booking.

Cleaning is done every second day, while bed linen and towels are replaced at half of the stay.

There is no reception desk, but the owners live in the ground floor of the same house and they’re available for any help or information.

The owners also offers a dinner at extra cost (Thailandese food, because the wife is from Thailand).

Private parking is provided, but it is 500m away from the accommodation.

Check in is available until 23h.

Rolandos Studios is the ideal choice for travelers looking for a solid accommodation in a great location, at reasonable prices, and we recommend it to young people and couples.

A perfect, beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, from which you can watch the sunrise while enjoying a morning frappe. Highly recommended!

The most breathtaking view of the sea. The terrace faces east, allowing sunlight until 2 PM. After that, especially in the evening, the feeling and enjoyment of the view of the sea are phenomenal.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
