Edem Pool House is located in Hanioti, a popular and beautifully landscaped place on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, at a distance of 550m from the beach.
By its structure, this property is a maisonette on three levels and is intended for the accommodation of up to ten people. In the basement, on the first level, there is a bathroom and a sleeping area that is not separated by door from the second level, whihch is the ground floor, where the living room with kitchen and toilet are located, while on the third level, at the level of the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a double bed, as well as in the two bedrooms on the first floor, while in the third bedroom there is a sofa for two people, and in the living room, there is a corner sofa for two people.
Upon request, a baby crib is available within the price.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, where each living room and each bedroom have an independent cooling unit, guests have free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, two bathrooms, one with a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a drying rack, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.
You can enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard, pool and sea in the distance, on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating sets.
Your stay can be made more pleasant by the possibility of preparing barbecue with family and friends, as well as plenty of space for relaxation and peace in the beautifully decorated and maintained yard, whether you want to cool off in the pool or relax on loungers by the pool.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which guests have at their disposal, are done by the guests themselves. For all reservations, there is a mandatory cleaning fee for cleaning the accommodation after guests check out.
Parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.
This accommodation is open throughout the year, and the heating service outside the summer season is not charged additionally.

Bookings
A minimum number of nights is six.
A damage deposit of 300€, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage, is required and should be paid in cash on check-in. It will be returned upon check-out, after the inspection of the general condition of the house.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
