Sunset & Seaview Villa is located in the traditional village of Parthenonas, 5km above Neos Marmaras, at an altitude of about 350 meters. The village is under the protection of the EU and the Greek state.

The accommodation unit consists of three levels and can accommodate up to six people. On the first level (basement level) there is a bedroom and a bathroom. On the second level (ground floor level) there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. On the third level (first floor level) there is a bedroom and a bathroom. All bedrooms have a double bed.

Within this air-conditioned house, guests have access to free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, a stove with a large oven and four ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub.

On hot summer days, with a panoramic sea view, guests can spend their time on the balcony equipped with a seating set.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
