3 Bed Studio, Superior (32m2) consists of one double bed and a single bed, or one double bed and a sofa. The bathroom features a shower cabin. Both of these studios are located on the first floor.
4 Bed Apartment, Standard (32m2) consists of one double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom features a shower cabin. Both apartments are located on the high ground floor.
All units of this accommodation have a standard balcony overlooking the courtyard and the street, TV, WiFi, hairdryer, kettle, iron, safety deposit box, and A/C. Guests also have access to the pool with sun beds, a beautiful yard with garden furniture and a shared BBQ.
Cleaning is done daily, while towels and linens are changed every three days.
The yard is fenced, beautifully landscaped and the grass is well maintained. It includes a pool with sun beds, garden furniture and BBQ, which is at disposal to all the guests.
The accommodation has a private parking with a limited number of spaces, which cannot be reserved. A total of six vehicles can be parked.
When you disembark from the ferry, go straight to Dimitriadou Street, where you will turn left and at the next intersection, turn right onto the second street, where you will go straight til the end of that street (where the cemetery is located). Then turn left, walk straight for about 140m, then turn left again, and after 35m you will find the accommodation on your left.
Finikes Studios is an excellent choice for those who wish to have a peaceful holiday in the capital of Thassos, not far away from the center, large and well-stocked supermarkets, as well as all the other amenities that this place has to offer. Considering that this property also has a pool, while each unit is equipped with a kitchen, A/C, and TV, the only thing that is upon guests is to enjoy their vacation carefree.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
