A damage deposit of 300€, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage, is required and should be paid in cash on check-in. It will be returned upon check-out, after the inspection of the general condition of the house.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Edem Pool House is a luxurious villa located in Hanioti, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra Peninsula, just 550 meters from a beautiful beach. Guests can enjoy a private pool, a well-maintained garden with loungers, and a barbecue area, as well as spacious verandas offering views of the garden, pool, and the sea in the distance. It is perfect for families and groups of friends seeking a luxurious getaway in a peaceful setting, with easy access to the beach.
This property is a three-level maisonette, designed to accommodate up to ten people. The basement level includes a bathroom and a sleeping area that is not separated by doors from the ground floor, which features a living room with a kitchen and a toilet. On the third level, the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The basement has a French bed, as well as in two bedrooms on the upper floor, while the third bedroom has a sofa for two people. The living room has a corner sofa for two people.
A children's crib is available upon request, free of charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation features air conditioning in every living room and bedroom.
