Luxury Blue Stone Maisonette is located in a beautifully appointed accommodation complex, 350m from the beach in Hanioti - a resort on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula.
This is a modern and brand new apartment, which will welcome its first guests in the 2024 season. The apartment is equipped with the highest quality furniture, including air conditioning in every room, video surveillance of the property, and private parking. The property is just a few minutes walk from the beach, which is most suitable for children and families in the town. The maisonette is situated in the most beautiful part of Hanioti, just a few steps away from the largest supermarket and the city center. Despite its proximity to the center, the area in front of the accommodation is peaceful and excellent for relaxation.
The accommodation unit consists of two levels and can accommodate up to six people. On the first level (ground floor), there is a bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, while on the second level (first floor), there is an additional bedroom and another bathroom. The bedrooms feature a double bed each, while the living room has a sofa bed for two. There is a front and back veranda on the ground floor of the property, and a balcony on the upper floor.
Upon request, a baby cot is available within the price.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has an independent cooling unit in each room, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two ceramic hobs, a large oven, a big refrigerator with a freezer, and a coffee maker. The bathrooms feature a shower cabin.
Guests can spend warm summer days on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating furniture.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
