Both apartments (Alexandra (55m2) and Konstantina (45m2)) are located on the second floor of the building, which has an elevator, and consist of a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa for two persons, as well as balconies overlooking the street.
This accommodation is equipped with two air conditioners (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), internet access, a computer (Alexandra), a TV with Netflix streaming service, a safety deposit box, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine (Alexandra in the apartment, Konstantina in a small separate room in the hallway), and a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms have shower cabins.
Guests enter a clean accommodation. Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are done only for reservations longer than five nights.
There is no private parking available. Parking spaces can be found in nearby streets, as well as in two public parking lots that are in close proximity.
