Minthi Boutique Apartments is a modernly equipped accommodation located in Hanioti, a popular and beautifully arranged place on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, 550m away from the beach.
The property consists of four types of accommodation units, located on the ground floor and first floor.
Studio Double Comfort and Superior Double can accommodate up to four people. They feature a kitchenette and a double bed, while the bathroom has a shower cabin or tiles suitable for people with disabilities and toiletries. Studio Double Comfort unit is adapted for people with disabilities.
Apartments Deluxe and Premium can accommodate up to four people. They have a living room and a kitchenette. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two. The bathroom features a shower cabin and toiletries.
The units are air-conditioned, and guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safe, a hairdryer, two glass-ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, and a kettle.
The verandas and balconies are equipped with seating sets. All rooms have a view of the garden.
Guests can spend warm summer days in the beautifully arranged garden equipped with seating sets.
Cleaning is done daily, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which is done regularly.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
