Description
Mato’s Apartment is ideally located in Hanioti, on the eastern side of the Kassandra peninsula, in front of the main square and 50m from the beach. On one side, there is a perfectly landscaped garden, while on the other side, there is a park, as well as a promenade leading to the beach.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate up to six people. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer and an electric kettle. The bathroom features a shower with a glass door.
On warm summer days, with a side view of the sea or the garden, guests can spend time on one of the two balconies equipped with seating sets.
Guests can access the beach directly from the garden. There are outdoor showers available for guests.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay. For reservations of five nights or more, an additional set of towels and bed linen is provided, and guests are responsible for changing them themselves.
Mato’s Apartment is located 4km away from Pefkohori, 11km from Xenia Beach and 92.5km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
