Accommodation description

Mato’s Apartment offers the perfect combination of comfort and proximity to the beach, only 50 meters away. This modern apartment contains all the necessary facilities for an ideal holiday with a view of the sea and greenery.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate up to six people. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, where the use of air conditioning is subject to an additional charge, guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove featuring four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and an electric kettle.

Guests can relax in a pleasant atmosphere on one of the two balconies, equipped with seating areas and offering a side view of the sea or the courtyard.

Guests can access the beach directly from the garden. There are outdoor showers available for guests.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay. For reservations of five nights or more, an additional set of towels and bed linen is provided, and guests are responsible for changing them themselves.

Mato’s Apartment is located 4km away from Pefkohori, 11km from Xenia Beach and 92.5km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

The apartment is excellent: it offers the same functionality and comfort, as well as a great location. A major drawback was our communication with the person who was managing the apartment—she seemed interested only in the payment and in the time when we had to leave. We barely managed to reach her when it was time to check in; we waited for her in front of the apartment for 45 minutes.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 8 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
