The room is small but sufficient. The shower cabin is quite tiny. Towels are changed after 5 days if requested. The room is not cleaned during the stay, although it could be tidied up a bit better before new guests arrive. Overall, the value for money is satisfactory.

The host is kind and charming. The room features a large terrace, and we had a table and chairs available both on the terrace and in the room. The beds are new and comfortable. A pharmacy, bakery, market, and three supermarkets are all within a few minutes' walk. It takes about ten minutes to reach the beach. The accommodation features private parking that can accommodate around ten cars. The room is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant vacation. The only downside is that the rooms are not cleaned and bed linens and towels are not changed.

We visited only a few beaches, but we would highlight Trani Ammouda and Lagomandra as the most beautiful, while Agios Ioanis was the least appealing to us. All in all, 10/10, personal impression.

The accommodation for the two of us was satisfactory. The only difference between these owners and others where we stayed in Greece is that they do not enter the studio; you have to change the bedding yourself, and they only provide two towels for five days, so you need to bring your own. The biggest drawback is that the house is next to a tavern, and the noise can be heard late into the night, which was very bothersome for us. Everything else was fine.

First and foremost, the owners are exceptionally kind, the accommodation is impeccably clean, furnished with new furniture, and the price-quality ratio is outstanding. The beach is easily accessible, with a store located right next to the accommodation, and if you have a car, you can easily drop by Lidl or Masutis, which are a bit further away. The location is excellent because, if you don’t wish to spend all ten days at the city beach, there are beautiful beaches just 5-6 km from Nikiti that are definitely worth visiting.

All praise for the accommodation; we returned home yesterday and we are extremely satisfied. The accommodation is exceptionally clean, containing everything you need, and now it also has a nightstand, as well as a table and chairs inside in addition to those on the terrace. Everything is new and functional. You clean the room yourself, and towels and bed linen are not changed. You receive one large towel. Regarding the kitchen, it is equipped with all necessary utensils, but it has only one pot and one frying pan, and the cookware is exactly for two. I would recommend bringing a knife since you only have small knives that are not very sharp. I cannot express how hospitable and wonderful the owner is; he is always there for anything you need and truly wants to help. The accommodation consists solely of double rooms. The house is close to a market, bakery, restaurant, and the main road.

Everything is close by: the beach, supermarkets, and shops, and the other most beautiful beaches of Sithonia are not far away. The space is small, but perfectly adequate, as we realistically only sleep here and spend the entire day at the beach. The beach is about a 7-minute walk away, but once you are on Sithonia, it makes little sense to spend all your time at the city beach when, just 5-10 minutes by car, you can reach top-notch beaches such as Koviou, Kalogria, Lagomandra, etc.

We have just returned from our vacation during which we spent 11 nights at the Kalipso Studios accommodation in Nikiti, and all we can say about the host family is praise. Triantafilos kindly welcomed us right on the street, at the entrance to the accommodation, guided us inside, explained how everything works, and provided us with a map detailing the nearest and most beautiful beaches to visit during our stay in Sithonia. When we were pouring windshield washer fluid under the hood of our car, he approached us to check if everything was okay and offered his assistance. His wife was also wonderful and kind. Their little daughter is absolutely adorable. The room was neat, clean, and well-maintained, the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked excellently, and there was always hot water available. Towels are changed every 5 days. Parking was available in the courtyard next to the villa. It takes only 5 minutes of leisurely walking to reach the town beach in Nikiti. Everything is close by, from the post office, shops, taverns, cafes, to photo studios. Within a 5-minute drive, you can find Galaxias, Alfa-Beta Vassilopoulos, and Lidl. When looking for accommodation upon arrival, please note that the gym shown in the pictures is no longer on the ground floor of this villa; it has been replaced by the furniture store Stock House, and the entrance to the courtyard is secured between two scooters, one green and one red :)

The room was truly clean when we arrived, but I was bothered by the fact that it wasn't cleaned even once during our nine-day stay, so we had to manage and clean ourselves (there was a broom and a dustpan in the hallway). Towels and bedding were changed once. All in all, it is not bad for those who do not seek luxury. :)

Additionally, the apartment lacked a table and chairs; the only furniture on the terrace was a plastic table and two chairs. The hosts are decent. The only complaint is that during our seven-day stay, they did not change the towels nor clean the apartment, and there were no additional amenities or similar items in it.
