Hotel Description

Kalipso Studios is located on the main street in the center of Nikiti. It is a renovated facility, with private parking and an excellent price and quality ratio. Accommodation units are neat, well-maintained, modestly furnished with new furniture, and the owners are always there for everything you need.

The accommodation is located about 650m from the main beach in Nikiti which is beautiful and sandy. Nearby there are many souvenir shops, clothing and footwear shops, fast food restaurants, several taverns, car and bicycle rental agencies, and two small markets. At the beginning of the street (less than 200 meters), right beside the traffic lights, there is a well-supplied bakery where you can buy fresh pastries, traditional treats and ice cream. There are also post office and pharmacies nearby.

The owners live on the ground floor, while on the first floor there are 10 renovated double studios for rent. Eight studios have a double bed with a width of 1,5m, while two studios have two standard single beds. All studios have a kitchenette with a fridge and freezer comprtment, hotplates and all the necessary dishes for two persons (plates, pots, frying pan) and a bathroom with a glass shower cabin. A good quality WiFi internet is also available.

The studios are small (20m2), air-conditioned, neat and clean. They all have a TV, mosquitos nets and terraces spacious enough for a sitting set for two. There are no many furniture items in the studios, just a bed and a combined wardrobe with hangers. There is hot water ²⁴⁄₇. Guests upon arrival receive clean towels and sheets, and the replacement is done every 5 days, while the guests themselves take care of the hygiene in the accommodation unit. The studio can not accommodate more than two persons and stay of a couple with a baby is also not possible.

There are several sitting sets in the small garden, perfect for relaxing and socializing. The private parking area is at the entrance of the courtyard, with plenty of parking spaces for everyone.

When you take a right turn at traffic light on the main road in Nikiti, and continue down the street (about 150m), you will find accommodation on the right, next to the Perasma restaurant. The accommodation is on a very lively location, in the street with frequent traffic and surrounded by locals that are open until late.

If you want a dynamic location, new and comfortable accommodation, close to all the amenities in Nikiti, Kalipso Studios could be a great choice.

Everything was exactly as described. If we choose to go again, it will be our decision. The accommodation price is very favorable, and it did not affect the quality.

Accommodation situated in an excellent location in Nikiti. It has its own parking space. The room is small, yet it contains everything necessary and is fully functional.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
