Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Tania Seafront Apartment is located in Hanioti on Kassandra. It has a maximum capacity of up to 5 guests. It is located on the second floor and covers 70 m².
The apartment has a living room with a corner sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, and an open corner with a mattress on the floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge with freezer and an oven. The apartment also has a bathroom, a washing machine and a balcony with a sea view.
A cot is also available to guests, upon request and at no additional charge.
The cleaning of the accommodation unit during the stay is done by the guests themselves, while the change of bed linen and towels is not provided. It is possible in agreement with the owner and for an additional fee.
Guests can park along the street, or near the accommodation, there is always a free parking space. There is no guaranteed parking space.
