Hotel Description

Katerina Apartments is located 200m from the center of Pefkohori and 100 meters from the beach, in a fantastic location, only 50m from the Masoutis supermarket, and the best and widest part of the beach is 100m away. It is located in a small street, so the environment is quieter. It offers seven apartments that can accommodate up to four people. In the courtyard guests have a summer house with a built-in barbecue, gas grate, sink and large dining table.

All apartments are air conditioned and they have internet and TV. The bedroom has one double bed and in the kitchen one single bed with an extra bed that pulls out from below or bunk beds with an extra bed that pulls out from below or two single beds.

Kitchens in all apartments have an oven.

All terraces are spacious, separate for each studio and apartment and they have outdoor seating.

Towels are changed every three days and linen every five days. The guests themselves maintain the hygiene of their accommodation unit. The washing machine is at guests’ disposal for a fee.

There is a shower in the yard.

The accommodation has no parking, but guests park their cars on the street.

The beach nearby is sandy, wide and there is plenty of space to place your own parasols and towels. Depth in water is gradual.

Apartments are spacious, clean and they are in a good location, not far from the promenade. Because of all this, Katerina Apartments is a good recommendation for accommodation in Pefkohori.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
