This is a ground floor property suitable for a family of three with a young child.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a sofa bed (not suitable for tall individuals), and an extra bed all in one unit.
Guests have access to internet, TV, a washing machine, and a spacious veranda.
During their stay, guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation unit, and an additional fee is required for cleaning after departure (60 Euros for season 2024).
Parking is available on the street in front of the property, but finding a parking spot can be challenging during the season.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
