Filio First Line Apartment is situated just 65 meters from the beach, in the very center of the popular resort of Hanioti, making it an excellent choice for those who want to stay close to the sea and all local attractions. Nestled within an apartment complex featuring a spacious courtyard ideal for relaxation and children’s play, it is perfect for families, couples, and groups of friends. Thanks to its prime location, promenades, restaurants, and numerous tourist attractions are all within easy reach. Hanioti is a well-maintained and vibrant destination on the eastern coast of Kassandra, known for its long beach and amenities suitable for all generations.

This comfortable apartment can accommodate up to six adults and is located on the second floor. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen connected to the living room, one bedroom, and a bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa suitable for two people, while the bedroom features a double bed and a bunk bed, providing practical and pleasant accommodation for families or groups of friends.

A baby cot is available free of charge upon request, making stays for families with small children more convenient.

Guests have access to air conditioning in the living room and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation, including a stove with a small oven, two standard burners, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. A washing machine and a hairdryer are also provided.

The apartment features a balcony overlooking a spacious shared courtyard filled with greenery, flowers, and natural shade—perfect for relaxing and enjoying a morning coffee. A shared barbecue is also available upon request.

Small pets are allowed with prior notice during the reservation process, and an additional fee applies. Guests traveling with pets are required to leave a refundable security deposit upon arrival, which will be returned in full if no damage occurs.

Cleaning services, as well as linen and towel changes, are not included in the price but can be arranged for an additional fee. Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay.

Private parking is not available, but street parking can be found nearby.

Hanioti is a charming and lively resort on the eastern coast of Kassandra, known for its wide sandy beach with a gradual entrance into clear blue waters, ideal for relaxation and family activities. The town offers a perfect balance of tranquility and vibrant amenities, including promenades, restaurants, cafés, and shops. The popular resort of Pefkohori is just 4 km away, Polihrono is 5 km away and the picturesque village of Afitos especially attractive at night is 19 km away. Thessaloniki Airport is located 92 km from Hanioti, ensuring easy and convenient access. Hanioti is an excellent base for enjoying the beach, peaceful surroundings, and exploring the beauty of Kassandra.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
Environmental tax is not included in the price and is 8€ per night.
