Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Jovanka Rooms is located in the peaceful village of Kalamitsi, at the southern tip of Sithonia - an ideal retreat for those seeking a tranquil and relaxed holiday, far away from the crowds and noise of larger resorts. The accommodation is just 100 meters away from one of the most beautiful beaches in northern Greece, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and fine sand.
The property offers two studios and two apartments situated on the ground floor (a few steps above the courtyard level). The studios can accommodate up to two adults and two children, and consist of a double bed, bunk beds, and a kitchenette. One apartment is designed for two people with a double bed, while the other suits two adults and two children, featuring a bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom equipped with a shower stall with a curtain.
Within the air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with two burners, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a coffee maker. There is no TV available in this property, further enhancing the complete relaxation from everyday noise.

Pets are not allowed on the premises. Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay, while bed linens and towels are changed every five days.
