Accommodation description

Panagia Villa is located in the peaceful fishing village of Ormos Panagias, on the eastern coast of Sithonia, just 400 meters from the beach and 2 km from the port. This accommodation represents a perfect choice for families, thanks to the spacious courtyard, gazebo ideal for enjoying a barbecue, and secure private parking, available to guests throughout the year.

The apartment can accommodate up to six adults and is located on the high ground floor. It consists of a spacious living room, equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds, and the living room has a sofa for two.

Upon request, a baby cot is available to guests at no additional cost.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi internet, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and large oven, large fridge with freezer, kettle, and toaster.

From the veranda, equipped with seating furniture, there is a panoramic view of the sea and the landscaped courtyard. Within the courtyard, there is a gazebo with outdoor dining area, private barbecue, and summer kitchen.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. Linen and towel replacement are not provided. Additionally, optional cleaning service is available for an extra charge.

Guests have access to a parking space within the accommodation’s courtyard.

Panagia Villa is located 7 km from Nikiti, while the popular resort of Vourvourou is 11 km away. One of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, Agios Ioannis beach, is located 8 km away. The nearest airport is in Thessaloniki, 95 km away.

Great hosts and a beautiful, spacious house with a lovely yard surrounded by nature, only a 6-minute walk from Trani Ammouda Beach. The house is exceptionally clean and very well equipped, with large glass openings toward the balcony and yard, which create a feeling of spaciousness and comfort, as well as an organic connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. We especially enjoyed the beautiful yard with an outdoor shower, ample natural shade, and a summer kitchen with a barbecue, where we spent many pleasant evenings. Both bedrooms also have extra beds, which is especially practical for families with small children. Two adults could also sleep comfortably in the living room. The optimal number of adults is 5, with possibly 2 small children. The yard parking easily fits 2 to even 3 cars. Trani Ammouda Beach, located very nearby, is truly one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, with plenty of quality beach bars but also enough space for people with beach equipment. Since we had never been there before, we were a little unsure about the atmosphere on the beach, but we were very pleasantly surprised and will definitely return. However, what we would especially highlight is the hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts. Throughout our entire stay they were extremely kind and ready to help. From seemingly small things, like getting a toaster and a pancake pan, all the way to helping us when we had a problem with the car. Not only did they direct us to a local mechanic, but they also went with us to the service shop to make sure we received fair and proper treatment. Such care and willingness to truly help are not something you often come across, and that is exactly why we will especially remember this stay. All recommendations for the accommodation, and especially for the hosts. We felt truly welcome and safe, like at home.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
