Ipsipili Villa is located near the small village of Kalandra, known for the remains of the ancient sanctuary of Mendi, after which the whole area was named, and for one of the most beautiful beaches in Kassandra, which is 350m away from the villa. The beach is secluded, away from traffic and noise, surrounded by greenery and shade, and spacious, wide, sandy, with turquoise, clear, and transparent sea.

The apartment with three bedrooms, intended for a maximum of ten adults and two children, is structured as a maisonette on two levels. On the lower level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate sleeping area that is not separated from the living room by doors. On the second level, which is on the level of the first floor and accessible via external stairs, there is a living room with a kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. In the two bedrooms of this apartment, as well as in the separate sleeping area on the lower level, there is a double bed, in the third bedroom, there are two single beds joined together, and each living room has a sofa for two persons.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.

This air-conditioned accommodation, with air conditioning units in each living room and fans in the bedrooms, offers guests free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV with Netflix streaming platform, a hairdryer, washing machine, iron, as well as two fully equipped kitchens with a stove with four hotplates, large oven, large fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The kitchen on the upper level is also equipped with a microwave and a dishwasher.

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the sea and the outlines of mountain peaks on the furnished veranda or balcony.

In the beautifully landscaped and maintained courtyard, you can find a variety of amenities, both for you and your little ones, whether you want to relax on sun loungers, sip your favorite drinks at one of the seating sets in the courtyard, or enjoy a barbecue with family and friends while your youngest ones have fun on the swings or playing football on the lawn.

Upon request and at no extra cost, a maximum of two pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay, as well as for changing the bed linen and towels provided. For stays longer than 15 days, one cleaning service is included in the price.

Three parking spaces are provided for guests of the accommodation.

Ipsipili Villa is located 22km away from the popular resort of Pefkochori, 12km from the village of Siviri, and 92km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Upon guests’ arrival, a security deposit of €250 is required to cover any potential damages. The deposit will be refunded to the guests if no damage is caused during their stay in the accommodation.
