Hotel Description

Theano Apartments is the accommodation in excellent condition (built in 2010), not far from the sandy beach in Nea Plagia (next to Nea Flogita). There are five comfortable and tidy accommodation units for 4-6 people. The hygiene is on a high level and the owners are very friendly and helpful, so don’t be surprised to find jam, fresh fruit and water when you open the fridge. Some of the amenities include private and partly covered parking for all guests, a nice enclosed yard with landscaped lawn, trees and paths, and a barbecue. Small pets are also welcome.

The beach is about four minutes walk (250m) away, while other facilities are at about 300m in diameter. The nearest market is at 280m, the bakery at 200m and the restaurant is 250m away. The beach is mostly arranged, and with the purchased drink you can use the deck chairs and parasol for free. The center is 300m away.

The accommodation consists of two buildings and offers two maisonettes and three apartments. The maisonettes occupy the ground and the first floor, while the apartments are on the second floor.

Maisonettes (80m2) accommodate four adults and two children. They consist of two bedrooms, large living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms (shower with curtain).One bedroom has a double bed, the other a double bed and a single bed, and both open onto a large terrace. In the living room there is one single bed and two sofas that do not extend, so they are not suitable for sleeping. There are two air conditioners upstairs. Entrance and exit from the maisonette are possible from both levels (the ground and the first floor).

Apartment Theano (40m2) accommodates two adults and three i.e. four children if the children are small. The bedroom has one double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for three people (four small children). This apartment has a huge terrace and it’s the only one with a shower cabin.

Apartments Martina and Zogia (67m2) are duplex apartments located one across another. Zogia apartment has one double bed in each bedroom, while Marina has one double and bunk beds. Both apartments have a sofa in the living room. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer and a terrace. The kitchens are fully equipped, with a stove, large fridge, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher (except Marina apartment) and a washing machine. A baby cot and feeder can be provided upon request, as well as iron and ironing board.

Bed linen and towels are replaced every 5-6 days, while the hygiene of the units maintain the guests themselves.

Beautiful, spacious, exceptionally clean, the hosts are wonderful and kind, the beach is nearby, and the location is superb. It will remain a lovely memory for us.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
