Glikadi Hotel is located in one of the best locations in Thassos, primarily because of its proximity to the capital city for beautiful evening walks, shopping, children's activities, and the close proximity to many beautiful beaches around Limenas. Private parking is available on site.

Accommodation is located 5km from the center of Limenas, while the popular La Scala and Papalimani beaches are 1km away. In front of the accommodation is a small beach.

Hotel Glikadi was designed and built by its owner, Charalampos Georgalis in 1989. Hotel Glikadi consists of 24 accommodation units, spread over two buildings. In the first building there are 14 rooms with direct or side sea view while in the second building there are 10 economy rooms overlooking the courtyard and the surrounding area. The units do not have a kitchen.

The first building has three types of units: rooms with direct sea view, rooms with side sea view and apartments.

There are five rooms with direct sea view, one of which is located on the high ground floor, two on the first floor and two on the second floor. Two rooms have two single beds and three have a double bed while the third bed is extra. These rooms can accommodate a maximum of three adults or two adults and two children up to six years old.

As for the rooms with a side sea view, there are four of them, two are on the first and two on the second floor. They have one double bed and a sofa bed. A maximum of three adults can stay in these accommodation units, or two adults and two children up to six years old.

There are a total of five apartments, one is located on the high ground floor, two on the first floor and two on the second floor. All apartments have a double bed and a sofa bed. Up to three adults or two adults and two children up to 18 years old are allowed.

The area of ​​the rooms in the first building is 25m2 while the area of ​​the apartment is 32m2.

Rooms in the second building are more economical. There are a total of 19 units, five are for up to three adults and the remaining seven are for up to two people. Triple rooms have one double bed and a sofa bed while double rooms have one double bed or two single beds.

Towels and bed linen are changed every other day.

Private parking is just across the street from the accommodation.

To reach this accommodation, after disembarking, continue driving straight to the intersection where you need to turn right, following the direction to Potos. After 2-3 km on your left, you will see Hotel Glikadi.

The first supermarket is located 2km from the accommodation.

Glikadi hotel is a beach resort, but it also has a free 110m2 swimming pool surrounded by a terrace, deck chairs and parasols. The poolside bar, along with the terrace, offers a large selection of drinks and meals. One part of the pool is especially designed so that children can enjoy it too.

Situated on the north east coast of Thassos and at a distance of only 4km from Thassos Town-the cosmopolitan capitol of Thassos Island-Glikadi Hotel is a peaceful beach resort set against a backdrop of hills, greenery and a magnificent pinewood forest. The beauty of the spot is undeniable as just a few meters down the road you will find small hillsides of olive groves and pine trees sweeping down to the crystal clear Aegean waters. This is what forms the fine sand and pebble beach of the hotel, an ideal setting for swimming, sunbathing and fishing in its shallow turquoise-blue waters. The hotel is easily accessible as the bus stop to Thassos Town Center and harbor (4km) and to the south of the island is located directly outside the Hotel gates. A parking area is also available at the hotel premises for car owners, free of charge.

At the seafront building which was totally renovated in 2013 you will find three different room categories and a total of 14 rooms each offering a luxurious décor and spacious balconies with pool, sea and garden views. At the mountain side building you will find two economy room categories and a total of 10 rooms the majority of which have calming views of the evergreen pinewood forest and the gardens. All 24 rooms are of an excellent standard and are decorated in a tasteful manner. Τhey are an ideal space for couples, single travelers and families.

Glikadi hotel is a peaceful beach resort with a spectacular beachfront location,set against evergreen hills and a magnificent pinewood forest. We provide sun loungers and umbrellas free of charge to our customers.

There is also a beautiful free form 110m2 outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a terrace and sun loungers. The swimming pool also features a section especially designed for young children. The swimming pool operates from 9:00 till 15:00 and from 17:00 till 21:00h on a daily basis. We allow two hours quiet time for the comfort of all guests. The pool remains closed from 21:00 till 9:00h for cleaning operations. The use of the swimming pool by visitors is possible after notifying the reception.

A poolside bar with a terrace also offers a variety of drinks and snacks. The bar is open every day from 8:00am to 10:00pm. You will find there a variety of drinks, coffee, snacks, and ice cream. After 10:00pm you can remain on the terrace, however we kindly ask you to respect quiet time towards the other guests (rest period). External guests are welcome as well, but please notify the reception first.

The reception is open from 7:30am until 10:30pm. Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00h in the lobby area.
