Hotel Description

Apolonia Apartment offers one maisonette for six people on the second floor. It’s located in a quiet street near the center of Kallithea, and since the house has only two other units, privacy is guaranteed. The main advantage of the accommodation is that it can accommodate bigger families, as well as a large terrace with a sea view in the distance.

The beach is 300m away.

Right from the main gate, there is a stairs leading to the second floor, where is a maisonette (55m2) on two levels.

The first level consists of a kitchen, living room, separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a cooker, a large refrigerator with a freezer and a table with chairs. It has an exit to the terrace (which can also be accessed from the bedroom) overlooking the street. The living room has two sofa beds, a table, TV and air conditioning. It leads out to another terrace, with a table and chairs, from which you can see the sea in the distance. The bedroom has one double bed and the bathroom has a wall shower with curtain.

The second level consists of a low and sloping attic with two single beds, air conditioning and a toilet. Iron spiral stairs lead to it. The room is not separated by a door and is suitable for older children.

The maisonette has internet, multipractic, electric kettle, toaster and hairdryer.

Cleaning, as well as changing towels and linen, are done by the guests themselves as needed (the owners leave a set of clean linen in the closet).

The accommodation does not have its own parking lot, but at 20m there is a public area where guests can park their cars.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
