Efthimiou Apartments is located in a tranquil place in Vrahos, 130m from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Ionian Sea. This accommodation, with a beautifully landscaped garden and a captivating sea view, represents an ideal place for a completely relaxing vacation.

There are two types of accommodation units available, located on the ground floor, first, and second floor. A studio for two adults and one child consists of two single beds, a sofa for one person, and a bathroom. A studio for four adults contains a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa for one person. An apartment can accommodate five people and includes a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, featuring a double bed, two single beds, and a sofa for one person.

The air-conditioned units offer a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a kitchen with a two-burner stove, a standard refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster, and a filter coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain. A baby cot is available upon request.

From the veranda or balcony, equipped with seating sets, guests can enjoy a direct view of the sea and the garden. In the landscaped garden, guests have access to a barbecue and a hot tub, with prior arrangement with the owner required for using the hot tub.

Small pets are allowed. A parking space is provided for guests.

Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.

Efthimiou Apartments is 28.6km away from Parga and 49.8km from Aktion Airport in Preveza.

The location is good; the only drawback is that the ascent to the first floor is quite steep. The landlady is very friendly.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
