Our description
Sofia Studio is located in a quiet location in Kavala and offers a comfortable studio with a beautiful sea view. Accommodation is fully equipped so the guests can feel the atmosphere like at home during their stay.
Accommodation is 800m away from the beach and from the center of Kavala about 3km. It is located in a quiet location, near the shop.
There is only one studio of 48-50m2. It is located in the semi-base but from the spacious terrace there is a beautiful sea view and the view of Thassos island. Within the room there are two connected single beds, as well as two sofa beds- one sofa bed opens into a drawer bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a big fridge and stove. In the bathroom there is a shower and a washing machine.
The studio has a hairdryer, mosquito nets and a TV. There is air conditioning and internet. There is also a barbecue. Pets are allowed. The owner wants the accommodation to be rented for a longer period. There is no possibility of adding an extra bed.
Guests upon arrival in the accommodation receive clean bed linen and towels that are replacing by themselves. Also, in studios they are taking care of the hygiene by themselves.
A parking place for smaller cars exists within the yard, while guests with a bigger cars, parking place can find in the nearby streets.
Accommodation is an ideal option for those who want accommodation in a quiet location and a good base for visiting places and beaches near Kavala, as well as the Kavala city itself.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Veoma ljubazne vlasnice, krajnje predusretljive. Lokacija je zahvalna za pogled koji se pruža sa terase ali i zaslužna za trening butnih mišića prilikom odlaska, a naročito povratka sa gradske plaže (Kalamitsi). Generalni utisak o smeštaju je jako povoljan i moja najveća zamerka nije upućena smeštaju već neodržavanju i zapuštenosti gradske plaže na koju je ovaj deo grada orijentisan.

Poštovani, Hteli bismo da rezervišemo ovaj apartman. U pitanju je porodica sa troje dece. Devojčica 13 godina i blizanci 11 godina. Po fotografijama apartmana mislim da bi nam bilo dovoljno, ukoliko je uopšte to moguće ? Hvala

Sofija je predivna gazdarica koja nas je veoma srdačno dočekala i ugostila. Pogled sa terase apartmana je neprocenjiv, s obzirom da se vidi ceo grad, more, Tasos... Apratman je lepo opremljen, čist, prostran. Zaista smo uživale!
