Hotel Description

Sweet Apartment is located on the beachfront, between Perea and Nea Epivates, in the first row to the sea, at 10m from the 8km long sandy beach. Along the beach, there’s a wide promenade, with many restaurants, tavernas and cafes.

The apartment (40m2) is on the third floor and it’s suitable for 3-4 persons.

The apartment has a separate living room with a sofa-bed (150x200), narrow dining table, sliding closet and SAT TV. The kitchen is separated and fully equipped, with a large fridge with freezer, hot plate, mini-oven and complete utensils. The bedroom is also separated, two folding sofa beds (150x200), nightstand, large mirror compartment and exit to the narrow terrace (without a sea view). All carpentry is sliding, with shutters and mosquito nets. The bathroom has a small bathtub and natural ventilation. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and Norwegian radiators, and guests can use a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

During the stay, hygiene maintained by the guests, and towels and spare bed linen are also available.

There’s no private parking, but there’s plenty of parking space around the building.

Perea, Nea Epivates and Agia Triad are connected by the promenade, and from there you can get to Thessaloniki by taxi-boat or a bus. In Perea, there are many shops, bakeries, pastry shops and supermarkets, as well as the Lidl supermarket. The airport is at about 7km, so this place is also attractive to the tourists arriving by plane. Magic Park, Ikea, Jumbo, Mega Outlet, Cosmos Shopping Mall and Waterland Thessaloniki are just 10km away.

Perea has plenty of facilities for tourists with more demands, and the proximity of Thessaloniki (about 20km), Halkidiki and beautiful beaches (Potamos and Sahara) are a special advantage. It’s suitable for cycling and other sports activities.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
