Hotel Description

Apartment Sun Rise 1 has two single beds in the bedroom and two convertible sofa beds in the living room. It accommodates five adults and a child.

Apartment Sun Rise 2 accommodates four people and a baby in a cot. It has two single beds in the bedroom (with a space for a baby cot) and two single sofa beds in the living room

The apartments are set on the first floor, have a kitchen, SAT-TV, internet, bathroom with a washing machine, shared balcony (100m2) and private parking.

For all reservations, there is a mandatory surcharge for the cleaning service (after chek-out) at the time of booking.

Steep stairs lead down to the beach, and the children must be settled into the car. The terrace is connected to the neighbors, while everything else is in order, clean, and well-equipped.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

The deadline for deposit payment is 24 hours.
The minimum stay is seven nights, i.e. 14 nights in May.
Upon guests’ arrival, a security deposit of 100€ is mandatory to cover potential damages. The deposit will be refunded to guests if no damage is incurred during their stay.
In this accommodation, for the cleaning service of the accommodation after the departure of the guests, an additional payment of 50€ per reservation is mandatory.
