Nikolas House in Nea Heraklia is a detached house of 40m2, with a capacity of up to four people.
It is a family house, airy with a balcony at the entrance and a terrace at the back. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, park, playground, church, fish market, taverns, pizzeria, cafes, beach bar. It is five kilometers from Nea Kalikratia and 20 minutes from Thessaloniki airport (33km from Thessaloniki). Ideal for a pleasant holiday in Halkidiki.It is located in the center of Nea Heraklia.
The house has air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, cooking plates, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, LCD TV, large bed (1.60x2.08) in the room, closet, sofa that becomes a bed in the living room living room, dining table and chairs, garden furniture both on the balcony and on the back terrace.
Bed linen and towels are also available, which are changed every four days.

- In the period from 21/6 to 10/9, the minimum number of nights is 7. Before and after the mentioned period, the minimum number of nights is 5.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
