Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Nicholas House in Nea Heraklia is a detached house of 40m2, with a capacity of up to four people. The beach is located one minute from the rocky beaches, the first sandy beach is about 750m away.
It is a family house, airy with a balcony with an entrance and a terrace at the back.
In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy, a park, a playground, a church, a fishmonger, taverns, a pizzeria, cafes, a beach bar. It is five kilometers from Nea Kallikratia and 20 minutes from Thessaloniki airport (33km from Thessaloniki). Ideal for a pleasant holiday in Halkidiki.
Located in the center of Nea Heraklia.
The house has air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, hotplates, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, LCD TV, a large bed (1.60x2.08) in the room, a wardrobe, a sofa that becomes a bed in the living room, a dining table and chairs.
Garden furniture on both the balcony and the back terrace.
Bed linen and towels are also provided, which are changed halfway through the stay.
Guests can park on the street in front of the house, but a guaranteed parking space is not provided.
