Our description
Elena Studios is located in Skala Rachoni, close to the Pachis beach. It has a beautiful large courtyard full of olive trees and space for children to play in it. It is a decent and affordable accommodation, where guests are always happy to come back again.
The property is 1km away from the city center of Skala Rachoni, and 545m away from the Pachis beach. 125m away is a small beach.
There are 10 accommodation units for rent - six studios and four rooms. Studios can accommodate up to 3 persons, and they have one double bed (narrower than standard) and one single bed. In three studios an auxiliary extra bed can be added, which narrows the space so it can be a little bit tight. The rooms are equipped with two single beds.
Looking from the backyard and opposite of the main road, there are five studios on the high ground floor, while on the upper floor there are four rooms and one studio. The furniture is wooden and modest, but the accommodation is very clean and neat. Studios are 20m2 and rooms are 15m2 in size.
Cleaning, towels and bed linen change is done after every 3-4 days.
In the yard, guests have at their disposal a stone barbecue with dining tables and chairs, private parking space and free WiFi internet.
Arriving from Limenas, the house is on the right side of the main road, 800m after famous Pachis beach and a few hundred meters before Skala Rachoni.
This villa is a great choice if you need afordable accommodation close to the Pachis beach. The owners are very kind, every day they serve the guests with homemade tsipouro, coffee and other domestic products, and give the local specialty of walnuts and honey as a present to the guests.
Limenas, the capital of Thasos, is only 8km away, so within 5-6 minutes drive you can reach the town that really offers a lot of content to tourists.

Welcome to Thassos, a beautiful island in the northern Aegean Sea where pine trees and olive trees are perfectly combined with sandy beaches and emerald sea. In this picturesque location, Elena Studios will provide you with everything you need to spend relaxed and qualitative holidays.
Elena Studios Elena is at only 1km from Skala Rachoni where you can have a walk near the picturesque harbour and enjoy several Greek goodies in the local taverns.
Skala Rachoni is a developed area where you can find anything you could possibly want during your vacation like supermarkets, mini-markets, gas station, pharmacy etc. A small, quiet bay suitable for those who want their privacy is located at only 100m, while for those who prefer more crowded places, Pachis beach is at only 500m. There you can find beach bars, taverns and well-organized beach with sunbeds and umbrellas.
Studios Elena consists of 5 studios with fully equipped kitchen and five rooms with a refrigerator. All rooms and studios have TV, A/C and WC.
The studios are located on the ground floor overlooking the garden. All studios have one double and one single bed. It is suitable and safe for children, as there is no access to road and there is a large garden with playground. The grownups can enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the garden, enjoying coffee in the hammock.
The first floor rooms have a fantastic view of the sea and mountain. The four rooms are double with two separate beds and the fifth is a triple with one double and one single bed. Right next to the rooms there is a kitchen, barbecue and a large garden with swing and hammock. All our clients are offered free parking. From the balcony, you can enjoy the morning breeze and during the afternoon you will be enchanted by the magnificent sunset.
To all our customers we offer the famous traditional sweet nut as a dessert or a Greek coffee during the afternoon. You must certainly try our traditional tsipouro and wine as well as other organic and traditional handmade goodies. We have WiFi internet.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

It was nice place, host was helpful. The only note is for the cats. There are too many cats on the property sometimes trying to get into the studio and were here all the time on the balcony. My daughter is allergic to cats and this was information that was very important for us and I wasn't aware before the arrival.

Nase dete je imalo suncanicu, povraćanje. Mici, vlqsnica, je bila bas ljubazna i bez reci nas je podrzala i menjala posteljine i peskire.

Smeštaj je na veoma lepom mestu jer je blizu plaže Pachis do koje se za desetak minuta može stići peške. Terasa je veoma prostrana i sa nje se može videti more što dodatno daje utisak blizine plaže. Čistoća je na visokom nivou.

Poštovanje! Interesuje me da li imate slobodnih apartmana za dve osobe u periodu od 16 do 22 avgusta tačnije 6 noći. Fleksibilan datum do 24 jer 25 moramo biti u Srbiji zbog posla. Dolazimo svojim autom i ako nije problem napisaćete mi cenu smeštaja ukupno. Zamolio bih vas da mi u što kraćem toku odgovorite, da bih se organizovali. Hvala unapred.
