Elena Studios fully met our expectations. The location is excellent, close to the most beautiful beach in Pahis. In the evening, it is pleasant and quiet, despite the villa being right next to the main road, as the rooms face the sea.

We are pleased with the accommodation situated in a tranquil location ideal for relaxation. The owners are kind and unobtrusive, the studio is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, providing everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment! The price is exceptionally affordable, and the location is phenomenal - everything you need is nearby. The landlady, Mici, is extremely kind and always ready to help. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything a family needs for a pleasant stay. It particularly meant a lot to us that parking was provided.

Everything was outstanding! The studio has been partially renovated, making it more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything is clean and tidy. The hosts are exceptionally hospitable and, most importantly, unobtrusive. There are no complaints.

It was a lovely place, and the host was very helpful. The only note pertains to the cats. There were sometimes too many cats on the property, attempting to enter the studio and constantly lingering on the balcony. My daughter is allergic to cats, and this was crucial information for us that I was unaware of prior to our arrival.

Our child suffered from sunstroke and vomiting. Mici, the owner, was exceptionally kind and silently supported us by changing the linens and towels.

The accommodation is situated in a remarkably beautiful location, close to Pachis beach, which can be reached on foot in about ten minutes. The terrace is very spacious and offers a view of the sea, further enhancing the feeling of proximity to the beach. Cleanliness is maintained at a high standard.

Elena Studio is an excellent place for a delightful getaway. The owners are exceptionally kind, always ready to offer advice and assistance if needed. The rooms are remarkably clean and well-maintained. My only complaint is regarding the beds, which I found to be a bit firm for my taste, but that is purely a subjective opinion. The accommodation is located near the sea, so if you prefer not to move around, you can swim right there. If you are mobile, the villa is situated literally on the main road and is easily accessible from any direction.

The accommodation features a lovely ambiance. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable (with a firm spring mattress). The lodging is decent, clean, and equipped with all the essentials. The owners are friendly. The nearest beach is about 50 meters from the accommodation. It is unkempt. This year, there were more algae and seaweed, making it less pleasant. There are beautiful beaches nearby, perfect for sunset views. The town of Thassos is close by. It's very charming. There is also a Lidl there, offering the best prices and an excellent selection.

The apartment is neither too large nor too small; it is sufficient for dining and sleeping, and it is clean and tidy. It is an excellent place for those who enjoy changing beaches and wish to be far from the noise of the city. Cars are necessary, the area is small, and there aren’t many people in the evening, but Limenas is just a 15-minute drive away.

The house is situated in an exceptional location, secluded from noise and crowds, yet very close to the capital. The villa is surrounded by olive trees, ensuring a constant freshness and shade.

A clean apartment. Comfortable beds, modest kitchen dimensions, if that is important to you. On the ground floor terrace, you can set up a dining area and enjoy the shade of the olive tree. The local beach is just 50 meters away and offers shade for most of the day, although sometimes there is a bit too much grass. A popular beach is also nearby, and those who love Budva and the Makis side will be delighted. Thassos is large enough to find your own secluded beach where you can bring your own sunbed and drinks. Parking is available among the olive trees in the yard. Reliable wifi connection. Very friendly and unobtrusive hosts. Look for jorgosa to purchase excellent local products. The supermarket is 2 km away. The tavernas Kostas and Gorgona on the beach in Rachoni offer reasonable prices and good seafood.

We stayed at this accommodation and have recently returned. When making the reservation, we indicated that we were coming as a family (my husband, myself, and our two young boys aged 3 and 6). The first few days were fine. During that period, there were other guests who socialized in groups, made barbecues, laughed, and talked late into the night. We thought to ourselves, "People are on vacation, relaxing, enjoying..." Those guests left, and new ones arrived—a young couple without children (who cooked on the terrace and slept until 1 PM) and three retired couples, while we were the only family with two small boys. One evening, my husband and I were sitting on the terrace when the hysterical landlady Mici suddenly burst out, telling us that we were too noisy and needed to quiet down, all in front of the other guests. In the following days, other guests came to our accommodation, constantly trying to hush us and complaining about the laughter, conversation, and play of our children. As soon as the kids woke up, we would quickly get ready and leave for the beach, as we felt uncomfortable in the hostile atmosphere that permeated the air. The landlady Mici ignored us for the rest of our stay, sometimes not even wanting to greet us as she passed by, eagerly waiting for us to leave. Regarding other characteristics of the accommodation, the location is exactly as described, with an unusable beach just a few steps away, but excellent beaches are available just a 2-minute drive left or right from the accommodation. I must mention that we found a lot of long black hairs everywhere in the accommodation, from the mattress cover to the floor, which was quite unpleasant. This accommodation should be at least 10% cheaper given what it offers; I believe that would be a more realistic price. Also, I should note that at any time of day, there were a lot of mosquitoes, but well, the owners cannot directly influence that. In conclusion, I can say that landlady Mici does not welcome families with small children. This is, by the way, our third year booking through the excellent Nikana and our fourth accommodation, but it has been the worst experience in terms of unprofessionalism and rudeness from the property owner.

I stayed at Eleni Studios in Skala Rachoniou for 13 days. I am extremely satisfied with the service of this villa. The hostess is very kind and unobtrusive. The studio is clean and tidy, towels and bed linens are changed regularly every 3-5 days. The yard, surrounded by olive trees and greenery, offers peace and quiet. It is a true family vacation. The distance to the market and the town was not an issue for me and my family. A bit of recreation and walking through this green island is an advantage for me. The only downside, which is a general problem for the entire island, is the mosquitoes. There are quadrillions of them, so to enjoy peace on the terrace, we used spirals that are lit, and their smoke provides decent relief. For indoors, we used LM Tox in purple, which eliminated everything that crawls. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get rid of them, and then you can ventilate. I advise buying some mosquito repellent products in Greece for children, as Greek mosquitoes are not the same as ours, and their bites leave significant marks and can be quite aggressive. My stay with my 12-year-old child, my spouse, and our dog was memorable. All praise to both the hostess and the agency, and as we say here - God willing, we will meet again next year at a new destination. THANK YOU! WARM REGARDS!

This was our first time in Thassos, and we decided to go on vacation at the last minute. The only available accommodation during the peak season was this one. Overall, it was quite modest and not particularly affordable. Had we searched in advance, we surely would have found something better. The biggest complaint is the untidy and neglected courtyard. The studio is on the ground floor, facing the courtyard. You can drive right up to the door and park in the shade under the window. At night, we slept with the doors open to avoid turning on the air conditioning. And the studio, well, it's a studio. A short and rickety bed. The kitchen is almost unusable - too cramped. But, oh well, we came for a vacation, not to spend time in the apartment. Around us were families with children who have been vacationing here for years, which means they must be satisfied, and what we find fault with might not be an issue for them. Or perhaps we expected too much... There is water, there is electricity, the air conditioning works, what more could you want? There are also neighborhood kids who wake up early, so you can't sleep like a normal person.

In August 2013, we traveled with my husband and our two-year-old child. If you arrive by your own transport, it's perfect. The accommodation is satisfactory (the only complaint is the small rooms, but that wasn't of great importance to us). The beach is a five-minute walk away and is usable, but you still need your own transport to reach better beaches. We explored the entire island and concluded that all the best beaches are a 10-15 minute drive from the accommodation, so the location is excellent. The yard is wonderful for children. Everything is very clean. You can buy EXCELLENT honey from the hostess. The capital is not far for evening strolls. All in all, we are satisfied.

We were guests at Elena's studio for two weeks at the beginning of September with our three-year-old child. Both hostesses were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating, and we have no complaints - we even left the accommodation with our hands full of local specialties they treated us to.

In July 2012, I was with my wife. The accommodation was satisfactory, and the hosts were exceptionally kind. This is a wonderful place for a vacation.

My husband and I booked accommodation at Studios Elena online. They trusted us on our word, so they didn’t even ask for a deposit, which pleasantly surprised us. We arrived in Thassos by car quite late in the evening. The owner, who was very kind and welcoming, greeted us. She accommodated us in a ground-floor room with a view of the sea. Given that the house is on a slope, our ground floor felt like the first floor, allowing us to enjoy a height that provided a view of the sea! That was my favorite aspect of this accommodation! The lodging consists of a single room with two beds, a small refrigerator (which was sufficient for us), one hot plate, and a few dishes (just enough to heat something up, and it can also be used for cooking), a TV, and an air conditioning unit, along with a small bathroom with a shower. It is very peaceful, and the guests who stayed there were families who appreciated tranquility.
