It is located 3-4 minutes from the center of Kallithea, the nearest shop, bakery and restaurant are two minutes away, and the beach is about 500m away.
The apartment is 45m2, located on the ground floor, one step below the street level. It has a French and a single bed in the bedroom, and in the kitchen there are two sofa beds and an extra bed.
The apartment is air-conditioned, has a TV, a hairdryer, a kitchen with a large stove and oven, a kettle and a large fridge with a freezer. The washing machine is located in the kitchen. The bathroom has a shower tub with a curtain.
The apartment has two enclosed verandas.Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the apartment during their stay, a clean set of bed linen and towels are available, which they can replace independently.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
