Our description
Rappos Studios is a simple, tidy and clean accommodation not far from the center of Kallithea. It consists of 10 comfortable studios for 2-4 persons. It's in a quiet location, but a short walk away from all the amenities of this charming resort.
The accommodation is located about 200m from the beach. The path leads downhill to the beach, and uphill in return. The nearest market and bakery are about 100m away.
It offers five double, four triple and one quadruple studio. The foundation of the house is a few stairs below the ground level, so someone may consider that part of the accommodation as the basement.
The quadruple studio (about 40m2) is located on the ground floor (basement). It has four single beds and a large kitchen equipped with necessary utensils, a fridge and a two-ring cooker. Above the sink, there's a large window overlooking the concrete backyard fence. In front of this studio, there's a porch with outdoor furniture.
Double and triple studios (24-26m2) are set on the first and second floor (there is one studio located in ground floor, next to 4 bed studio). Double studios have one double or two single beds, while triples have one double and a single bed. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary utensils, stovetop and a refrigerator. The triple studios have two terraces.
Studios are air-conditioned, have a TV and internet, while hairdryer can be obtained at the reception from the owner. The safe deposit box in each studio is in the closet. The bathrooms have small bathtubs with a curtain.
Towels and linen replacement, as well as cleaning, is performed every three days.
There is no private parking, so guests park by the sidewalk in front of the house.
Rappos Studios is a good choice for guests who prefer clean and modest accommodation in a good location - close to the center as well as the beach, just few steps from the variety of facilities that offers Kallithea.

Where the green meets the endless blue, 150m away the local crystal clear beach, in the heart of a traditional village Kallithea on the cosmopolitan Halkidiki, there is a modern housing estate Rappos Studios. Only a few minutes from the commercial center of Kallithea (100m), you may have a nice walk or an adventurous night life whenever you wish. The housing estate is close to local restaurants, bars, cafeterias, nightclubs, shops, banks, supermarkets and pharmacies (whatever will offer you a pleasant stay).
Our spacious, hospitable and comfortable apartments aim to offer you enjoy and are offered to friendly prices. Air conditioning, satellite TV, private WC (shower), fully equipped kitchen and internet access are included in price. All apartments have independent balcony, to enjoy your coffee and the peaceful sight of the garden and the community street. Next to the housing estate there is a community parking area, where you can park your transportation. Every apartment is decorated differently to offer you the suitable choice of your dream vacation essence. Rappos Studios complex is located just a few minutes from Kallithea town center. The apartments are tasteful and painted with different colors, designed to offer you a pleasant stay. The housing estate Rappos Studios have double-rooms with the possibility to extend as three-bed rooms and three-bed rooms with the possibility to extend as five-bed rooms.
All the apartments have full equipped kitchen (electric cook, fridge) and private WC, air-condition / heating, satellite TV, internet access. They also have independent balcony or patio with the view to the interior garden.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Zdravo Nikana, me interesira dali od period 11.08 do 20.08 vo vila Rappos toa sto e sloodno se naoga na prizemje ? Nie ne sakame prizemje ili nisko prizemje, sakame na sprat. Dali ima nesto slobodno vo toj period i na drigo mesto?

Poštovani, interesuje me da li u ovoj vili ima 4 krevetni aparman ili studio. Ako ima interesuje me boravak od 10 noći u periodu od 10 jula, pa nadalje kada ima slobodnog termina i koja bi bila cena najma hvala.

Imali smo trokrevetni apartman jako prostran sa dvije tarase, jako uredan i cist. U apartmanu imate sve sto vam je potrebno. Cijeli objekat je jako dobro sredjen i organizovan. Recepcija,redovno ciscenje i mijenjanje peskira na 2 do 3 dana. Vlasnici su jako ljubazni i susretljivi, osjecali smo se kao kod kuce. Za parking nije problem. Lokacija odlicna. Sve je bilo super i preporucujemo vlasnike i ponovo cemo se vratiti!!! Pozdrav za Makisa :)

Sve pohvale za Rappos smestaj. Dobra lokacija, blizu plaze i setalisne zone. Sto se tice smestaja, lepo, uredno i pre svega cisto. Posteljina i ciscenje studia na tri dana. Studio opremljen svime sto vam je potrebno za boravak. Odlican Wi-fi. Ako idete autom, mozete parkirati ispred kuce. Domacini su jako ljubazni i u svakom momentu na raspolaganju. Jednom recju..Prezadovoljni smo.

Lokacija sjajna , blizu centra kao i plaže . Apartman čist i komforan . Vlasnici su ljubazni , i dobro pričaju na engleskom.
