The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, but the center of Kallithea is only 500 meters away, making this location a perfect choice for couples and families who want a peaceful and pleasant stay by the sea.

This accommodation offers studios on the first or second floor, designed for up to three adults. Studios for two people, located on the first floor, can be equipped with either two single beds or a double bed. Studios for three people, located on the first and second floors, consist of a double bed and a single bed.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi, and a TV, as well as a kitchen equipped for preparing light meals with a two-burner stove and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

From the balcony, equipped with furnished seating, there is a view of the yard or the street.

In the pleasantly landscaped yard, you can enjoy and spend your time in comfortable seating.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation for an additional fee.

Guests arrive at a clean accommodation, and during their stay, they maintain hygiene themselves. For stays of ten days or more, on the sixth day, a replacement set of towels and linens is provided, which guests change themselves.

No parking space is provided for guests, but there is always free parking near the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

REMARK - The minimum stay is nine nights. - Surcharge for pets in all villas is 20€ per shift, i.e. 10 days stay. It is paid to the owners or to the person in front of the facility directly upon arrival. - The first and second child up to two years old, accompanied by two adults, receive a discount of 20€ per shift. The third child up to two years old, accompanied by two adults, receives a discount of 10€ per shift. The maximum number of discounts for children is three per accommodation unit.
