Our description

Pernakria Apartments is a quality accommodation located in a quiet location, tucked away among the olive groves and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The accommodation units at this property are very nicely decorated, with care, and provide guests with everything they need for a holiday.

Pernakria Apartments is located in Skala Rachoni, 500m from the nearest beach (Platana). The first market, which is also the largest on the island, is located 900m from the property.

It is a small hillside accommodation that offers five apartments suitable for up to four people.

Each of the five units consists of one separate bedroom with one double bed and a living room with two single beds. In the living room, there's a fully equipped kitchen. The TV and A/C is located in the living room. One of the apartments is a bit larger than the rest of them and its size is 45m2 while the other ones are 37m2. This apartment is marked as superior apartment on our website. The bathroom has a shower tubs, with no curtains.

All accommodation units have their own bathroom, air conditioning and TV, as well as a seating area in front of the entrance. In the kitchens, you can find an electric kettle, filter maker, plates and glasses. Pets are welcome but it is necessary to mention this when booking.

Cleaning is done every day and the changing of bed linen and towels every three days.

The yard is not so spacious and is mostly under the concrete floor, however, you can find in it a barbecue that is available to all guests.

The guests have a private parking place where they can leave their vehicles.

The accommodation is very easy to find and if you come from Limenas by the main road, when you pass the Latsouris supermarket, after about 900m you will see the Pernakria, on your left.

If you want quality, tastefully decorated accommodation in a quiet environment in a not so urban area, Pernakria can be a great choice for families with two children.

The complex is made up of 5 self-service, independent ''houses'' that can accommodate 2-4 people. They consist of two areas, a bedroom and a kitchen-living room.

All five studios have air conditioning, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen utensils and household appliances so that you will feel yourself at home at any time of the day. There is also a porch in every studio overlooking the big olive grove of Rachoni, the sea, and the coastline of Kavala across the sea.

The estate surrounding the plain but architecturally interesting structures is full of trees and plants of the Greek land (thyme, oregano, geraniums, walnut trees, fig trees, olive trees, pine trees, almond trees).

Bungalows 1 & 2 have air conditioning, TV and a fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen utensils and household appliances so that you will feel yourself at home at any time of the day.
