Okeanos Villa by Anita Holiday Homes offers an exclusive retreat for two in Perama, on the island of Corfu. This sophisticated villa provides breathtaking sea views and features an indoor, high-end jacuzzi, creating an ideal setting for a peaceful getaway. The villa’s design embraces the Japandi style—a refined blend of Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian functionality—emphasizing simplicity, natural materials, and a tranquil atmosphere. Perama Beach is 850m away.

The villa is a private, ground-floor property tailored for two guests, with a bedroom furnished with a double bed and a jacuzzi and separated from the living area by a glass partition. A baby cot is available on request.

Please note that there is no internet connection. The villa offers amenities such as air conditioning, a TV, a hairdryer, mosquito nets and a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator including freezer, an oven, two ceramic hotplates, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom features a shower.

On the veranda, furnished with a comfortable seating set, guests can enjoy distant views of the sea. The fenced garden is beautifully landscaped, featuring vibrant flowers and well-kept grass.

Pets are not permitted. Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, and a fresh set of towels and bed linens is provided twice a week.

Access to the villa is on foot via a staircase with 40 steps leading from the main road (approximately 50 meters away) to the villa. Parking is available on the main street.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

During the period from April 1st to October 31st, it is mandatory for guests to pay a tax of 8€ per day of stay upon arrival at the accommodation, while during the period from October 1st to March 31st, the tax amount is 2€ per day of stay.
