Luxury Villa is situated in the village of Kriopigi in Halkidiki and offers two exquisite villas with a shared pool, perfect for a family vacation or socializing with friends. The accommodation is open throughout the year.
The villas are spread over three levels and consist of four bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and are rented separately, each capable of accommodating up to 10 people.
On the first level, at the lower ground level, there are two bedrooms, while on the second level, at the upper ground level, there is a living room with a kitchen. The accommodation units on the third level, within the first floor, consist of two more bedrooms. Each bedroom offers guests a double bed, armchairs or a sofa, a private bathroom with a shower cabin, a small fridge, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and an espresso coffee machine. Each villa has a sofa bed for two in the living room.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a built-in stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an espresso machine, and an electric kettle.
Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings overlooking the garden or pool on the balcony furnished with seating and a swing or in the yard preparing a barbecue. Throughout the year, guests can enjoy the pool, as there is an option to heat the pool.
In this accommodation, pets are allowed upon request and for an additional fee.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay. For reservations of seven nights or more, an additional set of towels and bed linen is available for guests to change themselves. All reservations require a mandatory cleaning fee.
A parking space is provided for guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
