We stayed at the Oscar apartments at the end of September and were extremely satisfied. There was always available parking, and the room was clean, tidy, beautifully arranged, and well-equipped. The hostesses were very kind, and the location was excellent. It was close to all amenities yet situated in a peaceful area. All in all, the beautiful Kalitea and Oscar apartments are the perfect choice for a lovely and pleasant vacation.

We received the apartment on the floor that I requested. Ana is wonderful; she explained everything regarding which beaches to visit, which restaurants to go to, and where to enjoy ice cream. Truly, I commend her. The apartment is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Every three days, they came to clean and change the linens. We had a small mishap with the bed, to which Ana and her sister responded immediately. All in all, a perfect 10/10.

Hello. We have just returned from Kalithea, and our experience at the Oscar apartments has been excellent. The staff is very courteous and meticulous... the rooms are cleaned every few days, towels and linens are changed... the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. There is a wonderful park for children just a few minutes' walk away, as well as a promenade, all situated in a quiet street without noise. The beach is accessible by car, or you can stroll there in about 10 minutes. Overall, we are very satisfied. A warm recommendation for families with children.

This year, we booked accommodation in your apartment through the Nikana website. We have nothing but praise for the cleanliness, hospitality, and location... The accommodation is exceptionally clean, and the girls who work there are incredibly friendly; they will reveal to you all the hidden gems of Kalithea, from places to eat to beaches where you can swim. They will steer you away from tourist traps and guide you to authentic Greek tavernas and hidden treasures.

Oscar apartments feature very courteous hosts. The rooms are clean, and towels and bed linens are changed every three days. The courtyard is lovely, but there isn't much seating available, only around the pool. It was extremely hot on the second floor, as the sun shines all afternoon, and there are no awnings. Everyone from the neighboring apartments can see you. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, maybe a bit more. Driving to the beach is exhausting due to the heavy parking congestion. The pool is small, and the person responsible for order yelled at my child for splashing and playing! Therefore, we avoided using it. When guests were shouting every morning around five o'clock, he was nowhere to be found. This is not an accommodation I would return to.
