Our description
Oscar Hotel offers 13 studios that can accommodate up to four people. The units are well maintained and clean, while the main benefits are quiet location, a fenced yard with paths, flowers and a swimming pool, and free public parking 50m away. Accommodation is pet friendly.
It is located 3-4 minutes from the center of Kalithea, the nearest shop, bakery and restaurant are two minutes away and the beach is 450m away.
The studios are 22-25m2, arranged on the ground floor, on the first and second floor. They have either single or double beds, while the four-bed studios have a folding armchair as a fourth bed.
All studios are air-conditioned, they have internet, TV, safe, hairdryer, kitchen with two hotplates, kettle and small fridge with freezer. Bathrooms have shower with curtains.There are laundry drying rack on the terraces.
The units on the ground floor are suitable for persons with special needs, but the bathrooms are not specially adapted.
The pool is 0.8 to 1.8m deep. It can be used from 9a.m to 2p.m and 5p.m to 9p.m. For guests of this, as well as those from the neighboring accommodation, tables and chairs are available by the pool, in the shade of umbrellas, along with a limited number of sunbeds around the pool.
Cleaning and change of towels and bed linen are done according to the agreement with the guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

U Oscar apartmanima smo bili krajem septembra i jako smo zadovoljni. Uvek je bilo slobodnog mesta za parkiranje, a soba je čista, uredna i lepo sredjena i opremljena. Gazdarice su jako ljubazne i lokacija je odlična. Nedaleko od svih sadržaja, a opet u mirnom kraju. Sve u svemu, predivna Kalitea i Oscar apartmani su pravi izbor za lep i prijatan odmor.

Dobar dan Postovani . Izvinite sto pre nisam pisala. Želim da vam javim da je sa smestajem( Oscar apartments , Kalithea) sve bilo onako kako ste rekli , kako je i na slikama . Dobili smo i apartman na spratu za koji sam zamolila . Ana je divna , sve nam je objasnila sto se tiče na koje plaže da idemo u koje restorane da idemo i gde da idemo na sladoled . Stvarno svaka čast . Apartman je prostran , čist, imalo je unutra sve sto nam je trebalo , na svaka tri dana su dolazili da očiste i promene posteljinu . Imali smo jednu malu nezgodu sa krevetom na koju su Ana i njena sestra odmah reagovale. Sve u svemu 10/10

Dobro vece postovani . Da li imate još uvek slobodnih mesta u Oscar apartmanu , od 9.09-19.09 za dve odrasle osobe i dete od 4 godine ? Unapred hvala

Jako sam zadovoljna smeštajem. Divne i ljubazne vlasnice. Soba je bila čista, na 3 dana dolazi čistačica, osnovne stvari poput peškira su bile obezbeđene. Bazen je odličan i poseduje hladovinu. Dvorište ima puno prostora za uživanje. Privatni parking koji se ne plaća je takođe obezbeđen. Vlasnice stoje uvek na raspolaganju za sva pitanja. Odlično mesto i za porodice sa malom decom. Sve preporuke!

Apartmani se nalaze na odlicnoj lokaciji, u mirnoj ulici, a blizu setalista i svih potrebnih sadrzaja. Vlasnici ljubazni i profesionalni, dostupni gostima tokom celog dana za sve potrebne informacije. Ciscenje apartmana se obavlja na 3 dana, dvoriste se sredjuje svakog dana. Parking se lako nalazi ili ispred samog smestaja ili na javnom parkingu u neposrednoj blizini. Topla preporuka!
