Hotel Description

Oscar Hotel offers 13 studios that can accommodate up to four people. The units are well maintained and clean, while the main benefits are quiet location, a fenced yard with paths, flowers and a swimming pool, and free public parking 50m away.

It is located 3-4 minutes from the center of Kalithea, the nearest shop, bakery and restaurant are two minutes away and the beach is 450m away.

The studios are 22-25m2, arranged on the ground floor, on the first and second floor. They have either single or double beds, while the four-bed studios have a sofa bed as a fourth bed.

All studios are air-conditioned, they have internet, TV, safe, hairdryer, kitchen with two hotplates, kettle and small fridge with freezer. Bathrooms have shower with curtains.There are laundry drying rack on the terraces.

The units on the ground floor are suitable for persons with special needs, but the bathrooms are not specially adapted.

The pool is 0.8 to 1.8m deep. It can be used from 9:30a.m to 2p.m and 5p.m to 8:30p.m. For guests of this, as well as those from the neighboring accommodation, tables and chairs are available by the pool, in the shade of umbrellas, along with a limited number of sunbeds around the pool.

Cleaning and change of towels and bed linen are done according to the agreement with the guests.

The accommodation deserves high praise. Everything is clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable, and there is always running water. It is close to the center and the beach. We were extremely satisfied.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
