Description
The villa is located on the beach, and the center is 50m away. The units are equipped with kitchen (stove with two hotplates) with refrigerator, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, LCD TV. All units have a direct sea view. In the yard there is a large common barbecue and a large covered summer kitchen with benches where you can dine, cook and the like. Fantastic sunsets can be enjoyed from the courtyard. The villa is the right choice for those who want peace, quiet and passive rest. Studies on the ground floor are also accessed from the ground floor, through the balcony and sliding door of the unit.
The beach below the villa is a combination of sand, fine gravel and stone and has no beach furniture.
Guests can use public parking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, Da li biste mogli da proverite da li ima slobodan apartman ili studio u junu, 7 noćenja na spratu. Može biti u periodu od 15. do 23. 6. Dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece od 5 i 1 godinu.
