Hotel Description

Erifili is a small hotel in Kallithea. It is located approximately 950m from the beach. The accommodation features a small and enclosed courtyard, an open-air hot tub, and a bar. Recreational facilities include a small gym, billiards, and table tennis.

About 150m from the property, you will find a supermarket selling basic products. Cafes, restaurants, and bakeries are around 600m away from the accommodation.

In the ground floor of the first building (facing the street, which is not busy), there are three double studios, and on the upper floor, there are three quadruple apartments that have two levels (Suites).

In the second building (in the courtyard), there are three triple studios on the ground floor, and on the upper floor, there are four five-bed apartments on two levels (Suites).

Another five-bed apartment is located in the adjacent building, connected to the courtyard building.

All accommodation units at the Erifili Hotel are spacious and air-conditioned. Each unit has a kitchen with a small fridge and utensils, TV, internet, and a balcony or veranda (equipped with seating area). The Suite units are divided into two levels and have two TVs and air conditioning units. The bathrooms have shower cabins.

A baby cot is available on request and this service is free of charge.

At the entrance part of the courtyard, there is a table tennis table and a small bar, while at the back of the courtyard, there is an open-air hot tub, several exercise machines, and a billiards table.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every 2-3 days, depending on the length of stay.

Accommodation guests can park along the street, usually with enough space, as the accommodation does not have private parking. A large public parking area is located near the accommodation.

Erifili is a convenient starting point for exploring the beaches on the Kassandra peninsula.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
