Owners description
Pine Cove House in Loutra is a fully renovated beachfront house, with the sea under your feet! You will be amazed by the majestic view of the sea while having your meals under the pine trees, which create a natural shading throughout the day. The house offers four double beds that accommodate up to eight guests. All the bedrooms are equipped with A/C and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. There are also two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. You can reach a private beach in front of the house by using the small staircase accessible only to the guests of the house. In the surrounding area, you will find beach bars and traditional Greek taverns with seafood delicacies. The unique feature of the location, are the natural thermal baths know as Loutra, whose treatments cure bone and muscle illnesses. In the area, you can visit the picturesque village of Agia Paraskevi, where you can taste local dishes and explore the old buildings. Everything in all Pine Cove House is a perfect catch for a pleasant summer vacation with your friends and family!

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
REMARK
- The remaining balance should be paid not later than 30 days before arrival.
- Security deposit is 150e.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
