Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Xenius Zeus Luxury Apartments is situated in the town of Nea Flogita, on the Kassandra peninsula, 120 meters away from the sandy beach and 180 meters from the central square. These modernly equipped apartments offer a warm and comfortable environment, a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, as well as all the amenities necessary for your vacation.
Located in the basement of a three-story building, there are two apartments designed to accommodate up to five people. These apartments consist of two bedrooms furnished with double beds, along with an additional bed for one person in one of them.
Upon request and included in the price, guests have access to a baby cot and a high chair.
Within these air-conditioned apartments, guests have at their disposal WiFi internet, a smart TV with Netflix streaming platform, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, an espresso coffee machine, and a milk frother.
Guests can spend warm summer days on the private veranda equipped with seating furniture, or prepare a barbecue with family and friends on the shared veranda at the back of the building.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. For reservations of seven nights or more, an additional set of towels and bed linen is provided for guests to change themselves. All reservations include a mandatory cleaning fee.
Parking is available in front of the building or in nearby streets.
