Xenius Zeus Luxury Apartments is located in Nea Flogita, on the Kassandra peninsula, 120m from the sandy beach and 180m from the central square.
In the basement of a three-storey building, there are two apartments designed to accommodate a maximum of five people. These apartments have two bedrooms equipped with double beds, with an additional single bed in one of them.
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request and at no additional cost.
Within these air-conditioned apartments, with an independent cooling unit both in the living room and in the bedrooms, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, a flat-screen smart TV with Netflix streaming platform, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, an espresso coffee machine and a filter coffee mixer.
Guests can spend warm summer days on the private veranda equipped with seating set or prepare a barbecue with family and friends on the common veranda at the back of the building.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter clean accommodation and take care of their own hygiene during their stay. For reservations of seven or more nights, an additional set of towels and bed linen is available, which guests are responsible for changing. There is a mandatory cleaning fee for all reservations.
Parking is available to guests in front of the building or in nearby streets.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
