Petra & Fos Exclusive Residences is located in the east of the Kassandra peninsula, 1 km from the beach in Nea Fokea, a small fishing village suitable for lovers of a peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the more famous resorts, yet close to them if you want the crowds and numerous facilities for tourists.
As part of this accommodation, there are apartments with two bedrooms, as well as apartments with three bedrooms, which are maisonettes on two levels, that can accommodate up to six adults and two children.
Ground-floor apartments with two bedrooms can accommodate four adults and one child, as they have a double bed in one bedroom, two beds for one person in the second bedroom, and a sofa for a child in the living room.
Apartments with three bedrooms, on the lower level, which is at the ground floor level, have two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and three bedrooms, while on the upper level, which is at the level of the first floor, they have an open gallery with a sleeping area and more one bathroom. One maisonette, which can accommodate four adults and four children, has bunk beds in two bedrooms, while in the third bedroom and on the open gallery in the sleeping area there is a double bed. The second maisonette, which can accommodate six adults and two children, has one double bed in two bedrooms, two single beds in the third bedroom, and a sofa for two in the open gallery.
On request, within the price, a baby cot and a feeding baby chair are available.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, in which each accommodation unit has three independent cooling units, guests are provided with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with a Netflix streaming platform, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, a bathroom with a washing machine and a dryer, as well as fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine, a mixer, a pizza pan and a toaster. At the same time, one apartment and one maisonette also have a microwave oven.
Each accommodation unit has a private yard and a 1.5m deep private pool, as well as two sunbeds by the pool.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard or the sea from a distance, depending on the number of floors, on the furnished veranda or balcony.
Your stay can be made more pleasant by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends, as well as enough space for relaxation and peace in this beautifully decorated and maintained yard.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The apartment is cleaned during the stay, as well as the bed linen and towels are changed twice a week.
A parking space is provided for accommodation guests.
This accommodation is open throughout the year and does not charge extra for the heating service outside the summer season.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 41 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
