Owners description
Francesca Villa (300m2) is a luxurious, fully furnished, family-friendly home with a fabulous view in Nea Gonia village, only five minutes away from Nea Kallikratia and the beach, i.e. 35 minutes away from Thessaloniki.
The house is new, with very modern furnishing. It consists of three double bedrooms and a bedroom with two single beds. However, due to it being extra spacious it has the capacity of accommodating even more people. The house is very big, the terrace is very spacious and the kitchen is new and fully equipped.
The most fantastic thing about the house is the view. In the morning, it has a view of all the surrounding villages and the sea, while during the night one can relax in the balcony and enjoy their beer with a view of the stars. Inside, you can find a TV, A/C, wireless internet, kitchen utensils, as well as a grill for happy barbeque nights. Private parking is also provided. Hygiene is excellent, with cleaning taking place on a daily basis and the replacement of sheets and towels is done every three days.
The garden is big and full of rich green grass where children can play, and parents can enjoy their morning or afternoon coffee. In the back of the house, there's also a vegetable garden with a variety of herbs, which guests can use to cook with during their stay at the villa.
The people who run the house stay in the basement, with a separate door and separate entrance in order to give the guests privacy, yet to be able to answer any queries at any moment. They are very kind and warm.
Francesca Villa is ideal for families or couples who'd want to enjoy their holiday in a modern and luxurious accommodation. t's located in a quiet village away from noise and traffic, yet very close to the beach, Nea Kallikratia and other famous destinations such as the Mediterranean cosmos (10 minutes away) and the Petralona cave.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
