Greek Home is located in one of the closest resorts to Thessaloniki, at the beginning of the Kassandra peninsula, in the place of Nea Kallikratia, at a distance of 450m from a wide and long sandy beach with a gradual depth and a shallow area for children.
This accommodation offers a two-bedroom apartment located on the high ground floor and a one-bedroom apartment located on the first floor. The two-bedroom apartment has a double bed in one bedroom, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the one-bedroom apartment has two single beds in the bedroom and another single bed in the hallway.
In the apartment with two bedrooms, a baby cot is available upon request and included in the price.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and provide guests with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a private bathroom, a kitchen equipped with a stove with four hotplates and a large oven, a fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster in the two-bedroom apartment, while the kitchen of the one-bedroom apartment is equipped with a stove with two hotplates, a fridge with a freezer chamber, a kettle and a toaster. A washing machine is available to guests in the two-bedroom apartment.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the yard on the furnished balcony.
Your stay can be made more pleasant by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends, as well as enough space for relaxation and peace in the well-maintained yard.
Small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation, upon request and within the price, with the obligation to send a photo of the pet to the owner of the accommodation.
The cleaning of the apartment, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, for stays longer than six days, is done every three days, while for stays shorter than six days this service is not provided.
This accommodation is open all year round, and the heating service outside the summer season is not charged extra.
No parking space is provided for accommodation guests, but there is always a free parking space near the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
