Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Spacious Modern Villa is located at the very beginning of the Kassandra Peninsula, in the seaside town of Nea Kalikratia, close to Thessaloniki. At a distance of 450m from the nearest beach, it is an ideal choice for a family holiday, friendly gatherings and relaxation.
This apartment, which has a maisonette structure on two levels, can accommodate a maximum of eight adults. On the lower level, on the ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, a pantry and a toilet. On the upper level, which is at first floor level, there are three bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, a bathroom and a storage room. There is a double bed in the bedrooms, while there is a sofa for two people in the living room.
On request, and within the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, where air conditioners are located in the living room and in each bedroom, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, as well as an equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic rings, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
On the lower level there is a private veranda, while on the upper level there are two balconies equipped with seating.
On request, and within the price, small pets are allowed.
During the stay, guests clean the apartment, as well as change bed linen and towels, by themselves. They have a clean set of bed linen and towels available.
Two parking spaces in the courtyard are provided for guests of the accommodation.
