Dina 3 House is located outside the town of Nea Kalikratija, in one of the closest resorts to Thessaloniki, at the beginning of the Kassandra peninsula, 1.3 km away from a wide and long sandy beach with gradual depth and shallow waters for children. The perfect blend of peace, comfort, and privacy makes this accommodation an ideal choice for a vacation.

The ground floor house can accommodate up to five adults. It consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the living room includes a sofa for one person.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.

The air-conditioned accommodation includes a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker.

From the veranda, furnished with seating, there is a view of the garden. The garden includes a children’s play area with swings and plenty of space for games.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. A replacement set of towels and bed linens is provided for guests to change themselves. Optional cleaning service is available for an additional fee.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
