Accommodation description

The Agios Nektarios Apartment is located across the city beach and right on the promenade in Nea Kalikratia.

The apartment is on the second floor, featuring a bedroom with a large double bed, a smaller room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The terrace offers a side view of the promenade and the sea.

In front of the building, there is a children’s playground, which is ideal for families with children. It can accommodate four people. It has a fully equipped kitchen (the stove with an oven is on the terrace), a mini fridge, toaster, and an electric kettle, air conditioning, TV with Serbian channels, and internet. The terrace has a dining table and a sofa. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.

Towels and bed linen are provided (without replacement during the stay). Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay.

Parking is possible in the surrounding streets or at a public parking lot, as the accommodation does not have private parking.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
