Hotel Description

Nemesis House is located in the small town of Elani. It is located near the beach and is a great choice for a family or group, as well as for all those who like to stay in a quiet environment.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and is designed to accommodate a maximum of four adults and one child. It consists of a living room with a kitchen in which there is a sofa for two people and a sofa for one person, a bedroom with two joined beds for one person and a bathroom with a bathtub without a curtain.

Guests have at their disposal air conditioning in the bedroom, flat screen TV, WiFi internet, washing machine, kitchen equipped with a large fridge with freezer, a stove with four rings and a large oven, a microwave oven, a filter coffee machine and a toaster.

The spacious veranda, which is accessed from the living room, is equipped with seating set and overlooks the surrounding greenery, has direct access to the green grassy area and a side view of the sea. The bedroom leads to the veranda, which is slightly smaller and is equipped with seating set.

Guests can use the barbecue in the yard.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and with an additional fee.

Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation during their stay. Additional cleaning and change of towels and bed linen are possible for an additional fee. For all reservations, there is a mandatory surcharge for cleaning service at the end of the stay.

Guests can park in front of the accommodation facility.

Accommodation is more modest, but it is a good choice for lovers of nature and a peaceful environment near the beach that is not filled with bars and sunbeds.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
