Athina Home is located in the popular and nicely decorated resort on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, Hanioti, in the first row and only 60m from the beach.

This accommodation, located on the second floor of a building that does not have an elevator, is an apartment with two bedrooms, of which one bedroom is separated from the living room by a sliding door, and can accommodate a maximum of five adults. It has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second has a sofa for two people and a folding armchair.

On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi, TV, two fans, a hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four hotplates, and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, coffee machine, and toaster.

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the sea and palm trees on the furnished balcony.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, with an additional charge and upon agreement with the owner.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. For stays longer than seven days, the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every seventh day, while for stays shorter than seven days this service is not provided. There is a mandatory surcharge for cleaning for every reservation.

A parking space in the yard is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

For stays longer than seven days, for the cleaning service and replacement of bed linen and towels, an additional payment of 50€ per reservation is required.
The stay of small pets is allowed with an additional charge of 100€ per reservation.
