Owners description
Athina Home is located in the popular and nicely decorated resort on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, Hanioti, in the first row and only 60m from the beach.
This accommodation, located on the second floor of a building that does not have an elevator, is an apartment with two bedrooms, of which one bedroom is separated from the living room by a sliding door, and can accommodate a maximum of five adults. It has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second has a sofa for two people and a folding armchair.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi, TV, two fans, a hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four hotplates, and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, coffee machine, and toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the sea and palm trees on the furnished balcony.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, with an additional charge of 100€ per reservation and upon agreement with the owner.
For stays longer than seven days, the cleaning of accommodation units, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every seventh day with a mandatory surcharge of 50€ per reservation, while for stays shorter than seven days this service is not provided.
A parking space in the yard is provided for guests of the accommodation.
Athina Home is located 4.4 km from the popular resort of Pefkohori, 6 km from Polichrono, and 93 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Uneo sam broj dana i broj gostiju u mesto predviđeno za to, ali mi se ne izlistava cena. Odnosno, u donjem delu piše nešto "od 78€", ali meni taj podatak ne znači ništa kad ane znam da li je to po sobi, po gostu ili neko druga odrednica.
