The property offers two ground-floor apartments, designed to accommodate up to two adults and two children. Each apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa suitable for two persons.

A baby cot is available upon request and included in the price.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
